First Look

L and WB (I think WB likes them because L does) love blind bags so EggDrop is a perfect fit for them.

Out of the Box

EggDrop doesn’t include an information card, but there really isn’t much to explain about a box like this.  Here is what the November box included:

~My Little Pony Radz Candy Dispenser ($4.99): L had a little phase were he was super into My Little Pony so he knows lots of the ponies names still.  This is Rarity and since it includes candy L has decided he’s once again a My Little Pony fan ;).

~TeenyFreaks: I have never heard of Teeny Freaks?  L hasn’t either actually?  But they are funny and kind of gross, so he thinks they are cool.

~Hello Kitty America The Beautiful Mini Figure + Cards ($2.70): WB thinks this is cute but L – not so much.  I like it though and I love that it includes State cards!

~Shopkins Fashion Tags ($7.99): Okay, listen, I don’t get Shopkins.  I just don’t.  I know they are like all the rage, but I don’t get it?  I am sure I would have loved them when I was younger though.  I mean I did collect stickers that I did nothing with other than put in my sticker book.

~Inside Out Collectible Dog Tags: I have yet to see Inside Out, but my kids have and so has B (he likes to have movie time with the kids in the basement).  I really need to watch it though!  We received “Sadness” and WB knew right away who it was!

~Crashlings: I decided to save these too for little stocking stuffers for the boys.  L is going to get the Aliens and WB will get the Dinos.

I couldn’t do a full price breakdown on this month’s EggDrop box, but based on previous months and knowing that these blind bags are expensive, I think this is a great deal!

OMG. You have to see Inside Out! It’s so smart and well done. I am from Houston Texas but I went to college in Minnesota and then moved home last year after graduating. And I was a psych major. So the movie hit me like a ton of bricks.

Plus I’m generally a very emotional person lol, I cry at dog food commercials. But, this movie got me, I cried.

We got our Egg Drop yesterday too. My girls love it. We got Pinkie Pie for the candy dispenser, Teeny Freaks (I had never heard of these either), our Hello Kitty has a black & white outfit, the Inside Out necklace is “Fear”, Shopkins and Crashlings. My 7 year old is obsessed with Shopkins. She told me about a 40 pack mystery box that was being sold exclusively at Target. It just came out about a week ago and every Target is sold out, even online. I checked all Targets within a 2 hr radius & no one has them. She wants it for Christmas, so I ended up getting one off e-bay. They are making a killing off those on e-bay. I don’t understand them either but the kids seem to love it.

Those Shopkins mystery packs were the 50% off Cartwheel deal at the beginning of the month. Each day till Christmas they have a new 50% off deal. So those people are making even more of a killing than you think considering they probably got it at 50% off!

Wow, I didn’t realize that. I really did overpay. I just got an e-mail that egg drop is going out of business. They are issuing refunds for all December payments. My girls will be so sad.

I didn’t get that e-mail yet, but that makes me sad! I liked this box!

Shhh I haven’t seen Inside Out either. The boys saw it with my mom and I’m thinking we are getting it for Christmas so I’ll watch it then.

I plan on having a box that N can open full of blind bags. He loves watching the opening videos and will think it is a complete hoot.
