PupBox, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a monthly service for you and your new puppy. Each box will include 4-6 premium products. All boxes will include 1 bag of training treats and 3-5 additional products that are selected based on the age and physical characteristics of your puppy.
PupBox ships via USPS on the 10th of the month. If you are a new subscriber and sign up after the 10th, then you will be shipped your first box on the 20th of the month and future boxes on the 10th.
PupBox was packed full and looked to have a great variety of items.
PupBox doesn’t include an information card, but they do include a card with training tips for the stage of your puppy! I received a box for a 3 month-old puppy, which is awesome because that’s just about the age of my neighbors puppy. The card this month was on “Development & Training”. Here is what the box included:
~Ruff Dawg Gummy Bone ($4.99): The Gummy Bone has an irresistible stretchy, springy texture. It’s idea for puppies and their sharp teeth. The real challenge is making sure your puppies chew on this and not on your shoes ;).
~Wag More Bark Less Treats ($5.95): These soft and chewy treats are made with “all natural smooth aged cheddar”. They are also grain-free and gluten-free. My dogs (who are far from puppies) loved these and they’d really work for all dogs of all ages.,
~Superior Farms Pet Provisions ($8.99): These are another chew that will work for dogs of all ages. They are all-natural and full of flavor.
~Nite Ize PetLit ($4.19): Our backyard is super dark so I will be using this on the dogs for sure! They can both fit through the fence (Buddy actually likes going through it) so this will make it much easier to make sure they are still in the backyard on those super dark nights.
~Go Dog Dinosaur (~$10): Isn’t this cute? I think WB actually has a stuff toy that looks just like this! His doesn’t have “chew guard” technology though which adds a second layer of mesh fabric as a backing to the plush for added durability.
~BentoBall Everlasting Treat ($8.19): The Everlasting Treat ball works to keep dog’s teeth clean with gum massaging nubs and includes an Everlasting Treat. You can also fill it with other small treats or kibble. My dogs don’t understand these, but I had a lab years ago who would have been entertained by this for hours.
~Spotty Train and Play Tote ($5.99): This pouch can hold up to two cups of treats and can be clipped on your belt for easy training.
All totaled I came up with a value of $48.30 for the November 2015 PupBox! The value was there and the assortment of items was great!
