My December 2015 POPSUGAR Must Have Box has arrived! I have subscribed to POPSUGAR since they started and I have always loved them.
If you aren’t familiar with them, POPSUGAR Must Have Box is an exciting box full of fun, must-have picks across fashion, beauty, home decor, fitness, and more, which is delivered to your door on a monthly basis. Boxes include full-size products and premium items including tried-and-true classics, celebrity favorites, and brands consumers have yet to discover worth over $100!
POPSUGAR Must Have Box generally ships via FedEx Smart Post. This month, however, my box arrived FedEx Ground.
I don’t know that I have ever went spoiler free for POPSUGAR and this box was no different. It’s different opening it all up in person though!
The December 2015 POPSUGAR Must Have Box was inspired by “Celebration, Holiday Glamour, New Year’s ,Indulgence, Chocolate and Sparkles” and included the following:
~LUV AJ The Rose Gold Ombre Bracelet (POPSUGAR Exclusive) ($65): Yeah, I don’t love this. It’s just too chunky for my tastes. I do, however, love the ombre with silver, rose gold and gold. And the fact that it fits pretty much all wrist sizes.
~Stowaway Creme Lipstick Trio ($30): This trio includes lipsticks in: Raspberry, Cranberry, and Muted Plum. They are about 2/3 (maybe 1/2) of a standard size lipstick and could be prefect for a little holiday clutch. I don’t wear lipstick often (i.e. ever) so I will be gifting these to a friend.
~Nima Oberoi Lunares Geo Stopper (POPSUGAR Exclusive) ($24): We actually received candlestick holders from this brand in this years Holiday for Her box . I love the design on this and think it will add a nice touch to your holiday table. Mine seemed to be a little “off” though. Like it wasn’t glued flat between the top of the stopper and the cork? Not sure if they were all like that? I guess after a few glasses of wine it won’t make a difference;).
~Swing Design Nova Blue Mist Jewelry Box (POPSUGAR Exclusive) ($36): Swing Design has been featured in a few POPSUGAR boxes now. They had a gorgeous glass storage box in the 2014 Neiman Marcus box and they also had a stunning tray in the Fall 2015 Special Edition Box. If you are with POPSUGAR long enough you will see that they like to repeat brands. Regardless I love this. It’s roomy and the blue color is really pretty. I do wish it came with an insert to hold rings and smaller pieces though.
~My Cup of Cake Pouch – Classic Belgian Chocolate ($5.99): I am SO excited about this! It’s a cake mix you make in a mug. It takes under 3 minutes and I am so making this tonight or tomorrow. I will post a picture on Instagram when I try it and give the full details.
~Meri Meri Silver Stars on White Glitter Tape ($4): Well, yeah, I love this. Who doesn’t need more washi tape? Well, me, but still. I haven’t wrapped any gifts yet so maybe I will use this to spruce them up a bit and make them cute(r).
~Tiny Prints Gift Tag Stickers + $20 Promo Card (Special Extra): The box also included a set of 24 gift tags and a $20 promotion code to Tiny Prints. I already ordered my holiday cards but I will so be using the gift tags this season. And maybe for Valentine’s Day as well.
All totaled the December 2015 POPSUGAR Must Have Box had a value of $164.99. It wasn’t my favorite box from them, but I think it was worth the cost. And I actually liked it much better in person than I expected I would!

My wine stopper is ‘off’ too. I’m worried it will come unglued when i try to pull it back out of the bottle. 🙁
Not my favorite box at all. Considering I’ve wrapped all my presents, I’m sad I can’t use this super cute tape. Oh well! 🙂
My wine stopper seemed a smidge off too, but a little turn of the silver part helped “screw” it back in to the cork part. I don’t think they’re glued, so don’t worry! I just have to remind myself when I’m pulling it out of a bottle not to unscrew the two parts.
So, I found this hilarious and the only people who would understand are other subscription people. So I had a monthly popsugar sub, but signed up for a 6 month sub when they had the $75 off deal. I knew I would get two December boxes, but figured I could just use them as gifts. They both showed up today. One was nicely packaged in the normal Popsugar box. The other one showed up in an unmarked box, all thrown in together without any packing materials. Uhhh, thanks Popsugar? Not sure what to think about that. Should I complain? It was pretty tacky.
I swapped with someone for the bracelet…I love it more than I expected! But I wore it yesterday (first time)…and some of the gold links are already showing a pinkish brass finish. Not super impressed about that, given the price point.
Never got my box. They stated it “got lost in transit”. I hope to get the January box!!
Really? POPSUGAR is usually really good about replacing / fixing stuff like that. I would for sure contact them again!
