I really had no idea what to expect when I opened this box, but it gave a great impression!

The Information Card

The December 2015 Pumeli theme was “Color” and included the following items:

~Secret Garden Postcard Book ($9.95) + Mini Colored Pencils (~$6): OMG!  What’s not to love about this?  And seriously, could this be any more fitting for a “Color” themed box.  The Secret Garden Book contains 20 pull out postcards so you can color them and then include a note and mail it off to a friend.  I LOVE This idea!  I love coloring, but yeah, what do you do with the pictures when you are done?  It’s not like I’m going to give them to my mom to hang on her fridge.  Well, she might hang them if I gave them to her.  But a postcard with a handwritten note and a gorgeous picture colored just by you?  That’s perfect.  The mini colored pencils are also amazing.  This combination is one of my favorite subscription box items for December!

So Cute

~Teas Etc. Raspberry Rose Petal Herbal Tea ($5.99): All Pumeli boxes include tea, so it wasn’t a surprise to find it in here.  The tin is perfect for gifting and the tea is full of antioxidants promoting wellness inside and out.  They also suggest mixing it with sparkling soda for a festive party punch.  I am going to give that a try!

~Matr Boomie Ayurvedic Soap – Refreshing Lavender-Lime (~$5): I never would have guessed this scent was Lavender-Lime.  I would have guessed it had charcoal in it? Regardless though, it does smell good and is made from plant-based ingredients and is free of detergents and phosphates.

~Baja Zen Eye Soother ($24): Ahhh, not only is this beautiful, it also is very relaxing.  Any sort of eye soother like this makes me feel like I am at the spa.  It’s made in the USA with premium flaxseed and French lavender. The soother is heavy, but not uncomfortably so. It just feels good on your eyes.

~Soundscape (~$3): The information card also notes that the box includes a download (?) from Soundscape with “peaceful sounds of flute, harp and rain stick”. In all my excitement over this box I *may* have tossed the card that gives more details on this.  Oops!

All totaled the December 2015 Pumeli box had a value of $53.94.  The value wasn’t huge in comparison to the cost, but I thought the box was so well put together and included very thoughtful and useable selections.  I was really impressed with Pumeli!  And I absolutely cannot wait to get coloring!
