Wantable Intimates sends you either 3 premium pieces of lingerie or 3 premium pieces of loungewear. You can select which you wish to receive in your profile and can update it as needed. They also offer makeup, fitness, style and accessories boxes, again customized to your preferences. And unlike the majority of other subscription boxes, Wantable allows you to return the box if you aren’t totally 100% happy. They just switched things up a little and now allow you to return just a portion of your box! Wantable now lists “Your Price” on the information card along with the Retail Price so you can easily determine the amount of credit you will receive if you opt to return items. If you end up keeping your entire box, a credit of $4 will be posted to your account – making your next box $46.
I want to mention that Wantable has recently increased their price from $40 per box to $50 per box (those who subscribed prior to 10/24 will keep the $40/month rate as long as they are subscribed). In addition, boxes will now include 3 items as opposed to the previous 3-4 items. Wantable indicated that this is so that they can send send you “a look” rather than just pieces.
Wantable ships via USPS and took under a week to arrive.
I mention it every time, but you can totally customize your Wantable box. You fill out a questionnaire telling them what you Love, Like and Dislike. You’ll get more of the things you Love, some of the things you Like and none of the things you Dislike. It also asks about color preferences and that sort of thing.
My December 2015 Wantable Intimates Collection included the following items:
~Knit Robe with Shearling – Berry (Retail Price: $48, Your Price: $23.41): This is so cute and cozy, but I just don’t wear robes. I *might* be tempted to keep it if it was bright red instead of berry because that would be very Santa’ish.
~Thermal PJ Bottom (Retail Price: $16, Your Price: $7.80): I love these! They are cozy and super cute for lounging around in. And for $8? I am all over that.
~Tonal Spacedye Colorblock Cozy Socks – 3pk (Retail Price: $18, Your Price: $8.78): This is a seat of 3 fuzzy socks. I have been wanting more fuzzy socks (I am getting so old) and actually put them on my Christmas list. As much as I want to wear these now, I think Santa is giving them to me for Christmas ;).
All totaled my December 2015 Wantable Intimates had a value of $82. Since I was a member before the price increase I was charged $40 instead of the new $50 price. It was a good value, however, I didn’t like the robe so I will be returning that. There’s no styling fee for Wantable Intimates and since you can return everything (or just one or two items) there really isn’t anything to lose by trying them.

Hmmm. So they raised the price so they could send you a ‘look’? This still looks like a box of random stuff to me, especially since your info card suggests that the pants are half of a pajama set. It’s cute, but not worth $10 more (to me).

Question. So I’ve never returned anything from my Wantable box but if you do, does the money get credited back to your card or is it a credit towards your next box? If I get that robe this month, I’ll be returning it too lol.
any cash you paid is refunded back to your card. Store credits (like the $4) are refunded separately. I can’t tell if I got my store credit refund tho since they don’t do a good job of making it clear where the credit balance came from. As for my box, I went for lingerie this time and got 2 really nice sexy teddy and thong sets (outside my normal comfort zone, but they looked good on me and my husband loved em) and a pair of tights with some decorative motif along the calves (which I’ll be returning). I think the value was good for me. After I return the tights it will be $29 total for 2 teddies and 2 thongs all of which were comfy sexy and good quality.
Wantable was my first subscription box love but unfortunately we had to break up. The last box of intimates I received I requested the lounge wear. I noted that it was getting cold, I’m in Wisconsin after all, and I wanted something soft, cozy and warm. I got a night gown made out of sweat shirt material. It wasn’t bad but I don’t wear gowns. Not their fault because I didn’t specify. I also got a tank top and shorts. Not my idea of warm and cozy. So I sent the whole box back and unsubscribed. I’ll miss them.
