EggDrop doesn’t include an information card, but there really isn’t much to explain about a box like this.  Here is what the December box included:

~Star Wars 2 Pack Puzzle Eraseez: These were W’s (my 3 year-old) favorite item in the box. They have detachable arms (and weapons) and you can remove them from the stand if you want.  W loaned them to L to display on his desk, but he’s always playing with them when he’s in there.

Loved them

~Dinosaur Puzzle Egg:We received one of these in the past, but I can’t recall if it was from EggDrop or not?  Either way they are a big hit around here.  I don’t get it really, but the kids love them.  They always seem surprised that it turns into back a dinosaur after it’s all folded up.

~Shopkins Radz Candy + Dispenser: I still don’t “get” Shopkins, but I am certain I would have loved them when I was younger.  They aren’t something my boys are into, but they do like candy ;).

~Nightmare Before Christmas Dog Tag & Stickers: We actually just watched this movie before this box arrived so the timing was great!  I believe L has this up in his room on display somewhere right now.

~Hello Kitty World Adventure Collectibles: We actually received this in the November (?) EggDrop box as well.  If I had girls who were into Hello Kitty I wouldn’t mind the repeat, but I would have preferred a different item. That’s just me though.

I couldn’t find all of the items online so I wasn’t able to do a cost breakdown on this box.  However, if you purchase blind packs like these you know they aren’t cheap!  In the EggDrop boxes I have calculated values on, it is worth it cost wise.  And the kids love it.

We haven’t received ours yet, but we will probably get it in the next day or so. I am confused though. They sent a notice that they were going out of business, but we have still been getting boxes, and being charged for them. Do you know what happened? Are they staying open then?

I really have no idea? I never got the original notice from them that they were closing???

Here is the email I received on November 18th, and I actually did get a refund for my December box, but then I continued receiving and being charged after that. So weird, because they never sent a follow up saying anything had changed. I am not complaining because my kids love the box, but just thought it was strange.

        Subject: Our sincerest apologies
As of December 1st 2015, EggDrop will no longer be in business. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be refunding all of the accounts that have paid for their December box: We will not be fulfilling Decembers subscriptions. Your refund should post to your bank account in 2-5 days. If you have any questions or concerns, we will be available to speak with you until December 1st, 2015. Thank you for being a part of the EggDrop family.

        Warmest regards,

        Team EggDrop

Thanks for posting your notice. I was waiting to subscribe because my little guy is into Kinder but barely old enough & now it sounds like they’re kaput. 🙁
