Elizabeth & Clarke, who kindly sent me this box to review, is a quarterly subscription box which brings designer-quality blouses and tees to your door each season. Shirts are a mix of blouses, tees and work appropriate tops in neutral colors – while, black, off-white and grey.
Elizabeth & Clarke ships via USPS at the beginning of each season. The Spring Collection ships by March 1st, the Summer Collection ships by June 1st, the Fall Collection ships by September 1st and the Winter Collection ships by December 1st.
Elizabeth & Clarke packages all of their shirts in a plastic resealable bag and folds them with a piece of cardboard so they always arrive in absolutely perfect condition.
The Winter 2015 Elizabeth & Clarke box contained the following pieces:
~The Scott: The Scott is a long-sleeved t-shirt with a twist. There are cut-outs at the shoulders which make it quite interesting. It’s super soft (65% modal, 35% cotton) and while it’s not something I would wear alone, I think it would be great peeking out from under a cardigan.
~The Cooper: The Cooper is totally me. I used to love to layer white shirts / tanks under sweaters at work and would have so worn this to work! I know not everyone likes this look, but I LOVE it! The sweater part is 60% cotton / 40% acrylic while the trim is 100% crepe de chine.
~The Carson: The Carson is a caramel colored (I was surprised to see a color in here) vest. It’s got a front zipper and is made from 100% ponte de roma knit. It’s heavier than expected and I was surprised by how dressy it actually looks. You could totally wear this to work and then wear it out on the weekend with jeans for a totally different look.
