The Info

Super Gains Pack doesn’t include an information, but I so wish they did. Regardless, my November 2015 Super Gains Pack included the following:

~Samples – Set #1: Pro Supps PS Whey. This helps to increase strength and muscle growth and is made from 100% whey protein.  We received the “Glazed Doughnut” flavor, but it also comes in flavors like banana pudding and campfire marshmallow.   iSatori Bio-Gro. Bio-Gro is described as a fertilizer for your muscles.  It contains Bio-Active Peptides, which according to the site is new to sports nutrition.  This is a multi-use sample so you should be able to get an idea if this works for you. NutraClipse Alpha Drive. Alpha Drive is a PreWorkout supplement.  It’s designed to help with strength, focus and definition amoung other things. Core Nutritionals ABC. Core Nutritionals ABC contains Amino Acids. Beta Alanine. Citrulline Malate.  It’s designed for superior recovery and endurance and was formulated by athletes, for athletes.

~Samples – Set #2: Myogenix Hyper Shock Rage. According to the description on this one “15 minutes of consumption, you’ll experience a furious desire to Rage through a workout, and a pump you’ve probably never felt before in your life.”  That sounds a tad scary to me, but on the other hand this box isn’t exactly designed for me either ;). Quest Bar Pumpkin Pie. Quest Bars are something I wish I loved, but I just can’t get into.  I know they are one of the “better” bars out there, but I personally can’t get past the texture. ThermoBOMBS. ThermoBOMBS promises to help with mental focus, appetite suppression, potent energy and to mobilize stubborn body fat. Steel N.O. Matrix.  This is another pre-workout supplement that comes in an assortment of flavors. Species Nitrolyze-S. Nitrolyze-S is a pre-workout concentrate that is designed to help boost nitric oxide, extend your workout and improve mental focus. San Green Supreme Fusion Nutrient Dense Superfood. This drink is designed to health-damaging free radicals.  I actually was super curious about this one so I tried it and discovered that it wasn’t bad.  I wouldn’t call it delicious like the website says, but it was certainly better than expected.  Controlled Labs White Rapids. White Rapids is a Citrulline Powder to Support Enhanced Workout Performance. NLA for Her Her Aminos. Her Aminos is, you guessed it, designed specifically for her. It absorbs within a matter of minutes and increases Endurance, builds Lean Muscle and also enhances Recovery.

~Samples Set #3: High Protein Chike Coffee. I didn’t think this tasted exactly like coffee, but it is made with Espresso Coffee. It’s got about the same amount of caffeine as a normal cup of coffee, but I felt a bigger boost from this! USN 3XT*Pump. This is designed for Enhanced Focus, Energy and Pumps. NutraBio Super Carb. This one is quite interesting.  It helps to refuel performance with no stomach discomfort at all.  I don’t know the science behind it, but this is one I am going to look further into for B! ProMera PUMP. PUMP is “is an advanced nitric oxide booster that will produce intense muscle pumps, tunnel vision focus and unmatched energy levels to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts dominate their workouts.”. ETB Eat the Bear. I love the name “Eat the Bear”. No real reason why, but I think it’s great!  PB Burst. Can you go wrong with peanut butter.  Never. You never can.  This contains a blend of B Vitamins, Decaffeinated Green Tea Extract, and Astaxanthin, but I couldn’t taste any of that.  I just tasted delicious peanut butter!

I didn’t do a cost breakdown for Super Gains Pack, but I think it’s a great way to try a TON of new workout supplements and snacks. You might not end up liking everything, but it’s better to know that before you end up buying a full-size!
