~Good morning! Let’s see, what’s happening here?  Not much really. B’s still in Germany for a few more weeks, the kids are back in their school routines and I am getting some stuff caught up around the house and working on an assortment of PTO projects. Just normal stuff!

~I have been testing out some crockpot recipes as well. B’s not huge into crockpot cooking (he likes to cook), but I love it! I made Chicken Tortilla Soup (minus the Tortilla part) earlier in the week and think I am going to try Slow-Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken (except I’m going to just use the first 5 ingredients plus a packet of taco seasoning) next?  They are both Challenge friendly and super easy!

~It’s been a bit of a slow week subscription box wise. I am still expecting POPSUGAR, ipsy, BOXYCHARM, My Pretend Place, bluum, Dottiebox Mini, PetGiftBox and EggDrop, but I know some of those won’t appear until early next week. I am SO hoping we get full spoilers on the Target + POPSUGAR Must Have Box this weekend, but that might be asking too much. Probably more like early next week.

~Did you hear that Target & Soulcycle have paired up for a collaboration? They are only doing a four piece capsule clothing collection, but the real excitement is that they are coming to an assortment of cities and offering free classes! You can check if they are coming to your city here and sign-up for a class. I think people are going to go crazy for these free classes, so you will probably want to be ready when they open the sign-ups.

~I am not sure how I missed this, but Chip and Joanna are launching a furniture line.  “Magnolia Home” will be available beginning in March.  I read it will be at selected retailers nationwide, but it didn’t say WHICH retailers, so hopefully some place around here has it. am also so curious what the pricing will be like!  I don’t need any furniture, but I totally want to go see it in person.

~That’s all from here.  I hope you are having a great day!
