~The Bag: ipsy sends subscribers new makeup bags every month. They come up with fresh designs for each bag and this month’s is one of my favorite ever. The back is solid hot pink and the front is this adorable envelope design.
~It’s a 10 Haircare Miracle Leave-in Product (2oz) ($9): Miracle Leave-In Product repairs dry damaged hair, adds shine, smoothes & controls frizz, seals & protects hair color, detangles, prevents split ends, stops hair breakage, creates silkiness, enhances natural body, flat iron & thermal protector. So yeah, basically it does everything. It smells fabulous and always leaves my hair shiny and feeling great.
~tre’StiQue Baby Blush Stick in Bora Bora Coral (.02oz/.7g) ($10.67): I like the concept of a blush stick, but this color isn’t working for me. I am not sure what skin tones corals work for, but it’s certainly not mine. On the bright side, the formula of this was great and it blends easily.
~Luxie Beauty Small Tapered Blending Eye Brush 231 ($12): This is a great brush! It’s Made in the USA, cruelty-free, vegan and also paraben-free. It’s designed for “precise and blended makeup application” and I found the synthetic bristles to be super soft.
~VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind Sparkling Lipgloss in Pink Sequin (.14oz) (~$7): I couldn’t do an exact price calculation on this (I wasn’t able to find a size listed on the $21 full-sized gloss), so the $7 is an estimate. This gloss is absolutely fantastic. It’s shimmery and moisturizing and the color is perfection. This is easily my favorite item from this month.
~Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Primer Oil (.13oz) ($5.46): This is the first I have heard of primer oil. It’s to be applied to your skin before you put on makeup. It absorbed quickly and I think I like it better than traditional primers. I also like that it can be used on cuticles, split-ends, elbows, etc.
