~Good morning! It’s finally starting to feel like winter around here. It’s absolutely freezing! We are pretty much just working on getting through this week (so much Valentine’s stuff to do) because next week is Winter Break and that means no school! B’s in Virginia for the next couple of weeks, but we’ve got some fun stuff planned, so he’ll be home before we know it.
~Lots of subscription boxes are coming this week still. I am expecting POPSUGAR (it’s taking the long way this month), Little Lace Box, Bespoke Post, Birchbox, Something Snacks, Boxwalla Beauty Box, EggDrop, ipsy and a few others. I am super excited for POPSUGAR this month and just want it to get here already!
~I mentioned it the other day, but I am totally obsessed with Decor Steals. Each day (at 10am EST) they have a new “steal” on their site that is available for 24 hours only (or less if it sells out). I have already bought a clock and a throw from them. Hopefully they don’t list more items I like for a while ;).
~Have you tried the new Starbucks Valentine’s drinks? I ordered a Molten Chocolate Latte the other day and it was super chocolatey. It tasted more like a hot chocolate than a coffee drink. They were giving out samples of the Molten Chocolate Frappuccino at Target the other day, and I am glad I didn’t buy a full-size. It was watery. I guess they melt the chocolate chips with water for the hot chocolate and the frappuccino (the latte is prepared differently) so that adds water. That’s what the Barista was telling me anyway. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t the worst Starbucks drink I have tried, but not the best either.
