Nerd Block C2E2 Limited Edition Box Review

Nerd Block is a monthly mystery package delivered right to your door filled with nerdy apparel, toys, and collectables! Every Nerd Block comes with a custom t-shirt (in your size) and 4-6 epic items for you to tear into!

On occasion, they also offer Limited Edition boxes which are separate from their monthly subscriptions.  This review is on the C2E2 Block which went on sale on February 22nd and shipped to customers on Match 10th. The block contains 8 collectibles as well as an officially-licensed Marvel T-Shirt designed by ShirtPunch (total retail value $90+).

The Nerd Block C2E2 shipped via USPS and took just a few days to arrive to me.

The Nerd Block C2E2 Limited Edition Block included the following items:

~POP! Marvel Deadpool #112 ($9.99):  This Deadpool pop! is awesome.  My seven year-old is getting quite a collection of POP! figures in his room and loves displaying them.

~Ant-Man T-Shirt (~$10): I wish this t-shirt was youth sized, but I don’t believe that was an option from this box. B won’t wear this a ton, but he will eventually wear it.  As a side-note, has anyone had a quilt made out of t-shirts?

~Mug: Marvel Heat Change Mug ($13.99): Obviously I love this!  It says “AMAZING” in black letters when are you drinking something cold, but when you have a hot drink, the Spiderman decal is revealed in the letters.  One note – this is NOT dishwasher safe.

~Screen Cleaning Cloth: Attack on Titan (~$5): I am not too familiar with “Attack on Titan” (it’s a Japanese manga series), but my screen can always use some cleaning.

~Blind Bag: DC Mini Fig (~$5): I love blind bags and so do my kids.  You never know what you are going to get and that’s part of the gfun.

~Comic: Vader Down (~$5): Box recipients will be receiving either the “Vader Down” or Spider Gwen” comic.  We received the Vader Down with an exclusive cover variant and I am thrilled!

~Ghosterbusters Lanyard ($4.99): Options for this was either Ghostbusters or Walking Dead. Once again I am thrilled with the one we received.  My seven year-old is the only one in the house that would use or display a lanyard so this works great.

~Harley Quinn Decal (~$5): This works for your car or really any surface you can think of. It’s not something that I will personally use so I will put it in the trade / gift pile.

~Orlando Bloom Signed Autograph ($50): All boxes also included a signed Orlando Bloom picture with a certificate of authenticity!  Autographed items don’t appear in subsription boxes too often so it’s a special treat when they do.

I didn’t do a cost breakdown on the Nerd Block C2E2 Limited Edition Block, but I think it was well worth the price-tag. I realized as I was listing the items that I was estimating a lot so I didn’t think it would be fair to do a total.

What do you think of the Nerd Block C2E2 Limited Edition Block?  It is now sold out, but the Nerd Block VINYLPALOOZA 2.0 block is on sale now!
