~Good morning! B’s home for the week (so far anyway) which is awesome and means it should be a somewhat normal week around here. L has a field trip today and W (well me) is in charge of snacks for his class on Friday, but nothing than that we have nothing going on. The boys all do need haircuts so we’ll make that happen and we’ve got more Spring Cleaning to do as well!
~Did you see that the next Lego Minifigures are going to be Disney ones? So cute! They don’t go on sale until next week, but I am already excited. Seriously, how cute are those?
~This week I am expecting Trunk Club (I got B a trunk for his birthday), the April POPSUGAR Box (it finally started moving), Pooch Perks, Allure Beauty Box (that took the long way this month too), ZEN Box, SnackSack, Treatsie, Little Lace Box (I see that a label has been created for this but it hasn’t started to move yet) and a handful of others. I should also be getting my April Phone Case of the Month. There was an issue with the iPhone 6 cases so they were delayed a bit this month.
~I picked up a Crumbs Bake Shop cupcake mix a while back and over the weekend we noticed it was getting close to expiring, so we made them. There are a lot of steps involved in these, but they were a lot tastier than other boxed cupcake mixes. B frosted them a little different than the directions showed, but there was so.much.frosting on these (you stuff some inside the cupcakes themselves too) that they did not need the additional yellow frosting you see on the box. If you need a handful of fancy cupcakes (the mix makes 12) for something and don’t want to do them from scratch, this could be the answer.
~And finally I leave you with B and Buddy’s face swap. He’s been trying to make this happen for a long time and yesterday was the day (I think it worked because the dogs just recently got haircuts)! We were cracking up. This snap also made me realize how much Buddy (at least on B) looks like Chewbacca!
