Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 Review
I couldn’t wait to see what was in this box.  I was totally spoiler-free opening it up!

Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 ReviewThe Spring (May) 2016 Men’s Health Box included the following items designed to improve your health, your fitness, your style and your life:

Fashion
~Zing Socks ($8): The information card values these at $15, but from the looks of it, Zing is a monthly sock subscription service and sends members socks for $8/month (they don’t appear to have a shop).  The socks are fun bright colors and will be a nice addition to B’s sock wardrobe.
Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 Review
~Wurkin Stiffs Magic Wallet ($49.50): This wallet restricts the radio chip inside your credit and debit cards from casting their signal while the wallet is closed so no one can steal your information.  The wallet itself is made out of a High-Quality Embossed Italian Leather and is a nice size for everyday use.

~Tie Bar Necktie (Camo – Charcoal) ($19): B already has a lot of camo in his life, but I know for a fact that he doesn’t own a camo necktie.  He does, however, own basically every other piece of clothing / outwear in every shade of camo that the Army has used over the years. LOL!  It was only a matter of time before he got a camo tie!

Grooming
~Lafco Soap (Rosemary Eucalyptus) ($17): This soap is free of: BHT, EDTA, parabens and sulfates and is also vegan and cruelty-free. It’s a giant bar of soap (8.5oz) and smells amazing.  It’s described as “Fresh and invigorating; a scent mix of sweet eucalyptus, white floral and a touch of rosemary.”  B uses bar soaps when he is home and this will last him for ages.

~Clinique SPF 21 Moisturizer ($26): This moisturizer is lightweight and oil-free and also has built in SPF21. It’s an awesome everyday lotion for summer and B will  love that it’s a full-size.
Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 Review
~GOA Face Serum (50mL) ($55): This serum is designed to eliminate tired symptoms such as redness, acne, puffiness and deeper expression lines from excess habit. B doesn’t get a ton of serums in his subscription boxes and this one sounds like a good one. I tested it on my own skin and liked what I saw.  It made my skin feel smoother and I swear my pores looked smaller.

~Recipe for Men Under Eye Gel ($48): This under eye gel is supposed to reduce dark circles and fine lines.  B isn’t too worried about fine lines, but I know he would like to get rid of the dark circles.  He’s been using some of my stuff, but hasn’t been consistent with it.  Hopefully now that he has some of his own he’ll use it more frequently.

Food / Nutrition
~Zing Nutrition Bar (Almond Blueberry) ($3): This bar (totally unrelated to the Zing socks in this box) is 100% natural and contains no artificial additives, sweeteners or flavors. They don’t look like the most attractive snacks (I have tried them before), but I liked them well enough.
Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 Review
~Fatman’s Beef Jerky Sweet & Spicy ($6): Fatman’s is a new to me brand jerky and is made from all-natural ingredients in Roswell, New Mexico. Any jerky is a score for B and he’ll enjoy this.

Tech
~Outdoor Tech Kodiak Mini Power Bank ($24.95): Unlike most power banks, this one is water, dust and shock resistant.  We already have a handful of power banks, but none like this one.  I appreciate that it has a flip off cover so you don’t end up getting unwanted dirt and dust in it.

Fitness
~XD Jump Rope Aluminum Handles ($45): This jump rope has a 6in tapered handle and a 10ft long adjustable 3mm coated cable. It’s way fancier than any other jump rope I have seen and while I have never know B to jump rope as part of a work out, maybe he will now?
Men's Health Box May / Spring 2016 Review

All totaled I came up with a value of $301.45 for the May / Spring 2016 Men’s Health Box.  That’s over 3x the cost of the box and I was impressed. I feel like this could best be described as a quarterly POPSUGAR for men.
