Has anyone actually received your box yet? Or at least started shipping. I goto the fed ex website to track it and it says it was supposed to go out on the 31st, but thats it. The lable was created. Anyone else having similar problems? This is my first time ordering through them so I do not know if thats normal.
I just got mine today and it was a total rip off! Only one candle, one bathbomb, and six cheap stackable rings with half the stones missing. And they won’t give me a refund unless I pay to ship the items back to them, just terrible!! Completely disappointed in them 🙁

That sucks! I kept forgetting to order, but I got a Mystery Box from them a while back and it had a bunch of candles in it! Nothing else!

I order on May 28, it shipped on June 2 and I received it on June 4. After sending them another email letting them know how upset I was, they agreed to send over a return shipping label so I won’t have to pay to get my money back…that was the only bright side with this experience :-/
I got mine today and received two 9 oz citrus blossom candles, a 9 oz New York candle, and a bath bomb. I don’t take baths, so that will be gifted away, and I’m a little bummed that I got duplicate scents, but everything smells good. I basically got three big candles at $9 each using the FASTTEN promo, so I’m happy.
This is just crazy. I ordered mine on the 28th yet i still havent received anything and fedex still hasnt begun shipping either. I have emailed the company twice and it seems like im just getting an automatic response
Well that’s better than what we got lol…and I tried to use the FASTTEN promo and it wouldn’t work for me. I ordered after you though so maybe they caught on. I don’t understand why two candles would be replaced with the rings in some boxes. Either way I’m sending mine back Monday morning!!
Well they finally got back to me to and said they were going to send ne the exact same box as squared. Then they emailed me again saying they ran out of the two citrus blossom candles. So i could either get a refund for the candles or choose two new ones…now im sure since they were priced at 29.99 each they were going to give me twice the money i paid for the box and still send me the other candles so i just choose two more. So cinnaly after weeks of emailing and waiting and emailing some more im ending up with a velvet midnight gilded pear and new york candle as well as the bath bomb. Condisdering they are all w5 dollar ring candles at least im not too disappointed. I dont actully take baths but it might be a nice little treat to try that one out. I will say i will not be going threw thus company again. I prefer jewelscent.
