Alpha Outpost is a subscription box company for men that provides the tools and training you need to take any situation by the jugular. Each month they deliver a curated box of great quality items centered around a different story and theme. Each box is guaranteed to be worth double the value.
Alpha Outpost ships via USPS between the 21st and the 28th of the month.
The June 2016 Alpha Outpost theme was “the DOPP KIT” and included the following:
~Waterproof Dopp Bag: I actually like that this isn’t your tradition dopp kit. This is more of a backpack and has tons of zippers and special holding spots for all of your gear and products.
~Alpha Outpost Straight Razor, Professional Barber Scissors & Metal Comb: All dopp kit essentials. Well, expect maybe the straight razor since B (my husband) doesn’t use one. He will, however, use the comb and the scissors will come in very handy.
~Finger Nail Clippers and Toe Nail Clippers: Again another dopp kit essential. These are well made and are another item we always need more of at our house. B steals mine; I steal his, and it goes on and on.
~Alpha Outpost Face Towel: I could see this working as either a gym towel or as a face towel to use when traveling (like for maybe camping and when you don’t have a zillion hotel towels around you).
~Huckleberry Beard Company Pre-Shave ($10): This has a minty scent and is designed to reduce the instance of razor burn, nicks, and cuts. It’s to be used before you shave and NOT washed off when you apply your favorite shave cream.
~Duke Cannon “Big Ass Brick of Soap” & Soap Bag: This really is a BIG bar of soap! It’s huge! And I love that they included a soap bag for traveling and easy storage.
~Alpha Outpost Hat: This wasn’t listed on the information card, but the box included an Alpha Outpost Hat! B never wears hats, but I wish he did because he looks good in them!
~Alpha Outpost The Dopp Kit Grooming Manual: All Alpha Outpost boxes include a “manual” with further information about products in your box, tips for using them, history about them, etc.
The May 2016 Alpha Outpost box had about eleven items in it, which works out to about $4 per item. Some are probably worth more, some less so it all evens out.
