MissionCute is a monthly subscription box full of cute stuff, but with a mission. Each MissionCute box comes with at least two items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses. Every month they also partner with a different nonprofit to help promote their mission. 50% of the net proceeds of each box are donated to the chosen (you can vote on it) monthly nonprofit (this month’s partner is Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child) and MissionCute also sponsors and works on a service project each month in their community.

This box looked adorable!
The July 2016 MissionCute partner was “Operation Christmas Child“, who collects gift-filled shoe boxes for children in more than 150 countries and territories.
The box included the following items:
~Seaside 18″ Pillow Cover ($12): I like to switch up my pillow covers in my living room and this one will look cute on my white couch. I have some plain navy pillows that will be awesome with this.
~Pink Canvas Cosmetic Bag ($10): I think this bag is meant to be personalized, so if you are good at that kind of thing, get at it with this! I am going to use it as a pen / office supply case.
~Salmon Druzy Studs ($12): I love these! The orange color is stunning and these are a noticeable size (less than a dime, but still large enough to be noticed).
~Inflatable Flamingo Drink Holder ($1): All these subscription boxes with inflatable animals are making me think I need a pool! This little drink holder is adorable and maybe I can use it in the bathtub ;).
~Summer Floral Hair Ties ($8): Very pretty and I always need hair ties. Somewhere in my house are 1/2 my socks and all my hair ties, just hanging out together.
~Dwell Quote 5×7 Print ($9): MissionCute generally includes a print in their boxes and I have a certain frame that I use to swap them out in. I love this Oprah quote and will be popping this one in my frame over the weekend.
All totaled I came up with a value of $52 for the July 2016 MissionCute. Not a huge value, but the box was full of cute (usable) things as promised and I enjoyed it.
What do you think of MissionCute? If you are interested in subscribing or just want to check out more about them / look at previous boxes, click here. They also offer a Mini MissionCute box for $20/month which consists of 2-3 hand-curated items. This may be a good option if you aren’t ready to try the full box.
Lol! I hear that! Other sock, hair-ties and old lip balms and if by a miracle you ever find them, at least in my house/car, you wish they had just stayed lost.
I get the mission cute mini everything was the same except no bag or hair ties. I think this was one of my favorite.
I love everything in there! So cute!
