Target July 2016 Beauty Box Review - "simply RADIANT"!

My July 2016 Target “simply, RADIANT” Beauty Box has arrived! This Target Beauty Box was $7 (they vary in price from $5-$10) and was available through Target’s website for a limited time only. It was released on July 5th (around 4am EST) and took quite some time to sell out this month. In fact, boxes were still available on Sunday (7. 10.16, but have now sold out). Boxes are generally released on Monday’s of the first week of the month, but that does vary due to holidays. Target Beauty Box boxes are NOT subscription boxes and must be purchased individually as they are released.

The July 2016 “simply, RADIANT” Target Beauty Box included the following faves to keep you looking and feeling your best all summer long:

~L’Oreal Paris Color Vibrancy Shampoo ($0.40) & Conditioner ($0.40): This dup helps protect your color-treated hair from fading for up to 8 weeks of vibrant color.  It smells good (it’s kind of fruity) and I will use it for traveling.

~Dessange Paris Purifying Clay Shampoo ($9.99): This shampoo “purifies oily roots while pro-vitamin B5 moisturizes dry ends”.  It’s green in color (the same exact shade as the bottle actually) and is supposed to be used with the pre-shampoo clay mask.  I would have loved if they would have included that in the box too, but I liked this alone just fine.  I may pick up a conditioner to use with it next time I am at Target (aka today).

~Wet n Wild Max Fantastic Mascara ($4.99): I am still on complete mascara overload, so I will be putting this one in the swap pile or passing it on to a friend.  It’s promises to add length and “extra drama” to the corners of your lashes.

~Derma e Firming DMAE Eye Lift (.14oz) ($4.76): This cream is designed to firm skin, smooth crow’s feet and boost collagens.  I haven’t been using it long enough to be able to tell if it works, but I generally like Derma e products so I have high hopes for this one.  My skin doesn’t get irritated when I use their products which is key.

~Acure Facial Cleansing Gel (1oz) ($2.50): I love Acure and the fact that they now sell it at Target makes it even better.  This facial cleansing gel left my skin feeling amazing and I love that it’s made from natural ingredients.

~Aquaphor Healing Ointment ($0.24): This ointment works to soothe severely dry skin along with minor cuts, scrapes and burns. It’s amazing for wind burn or rough winter skin.

All totaled the July 2016 Target “simply, RADIANT” Beauty Box has a value of $23.28. Another great box and, as usual, I wish Target would just go ahead and make it a monthly subscription!  I also want to mention that the box includes a $3 off $15 coupon for your next Target or Target.com beauty purchase (expires 8.13.16).

As I mentioned this box is now sold out, but I will post as soon as Target releases the next Beauty Box and will also send out an e-mail to those on my e-mail list.

Spread the love
