1. Do you have a bedtime routine? Do you read before bed? Watch a favorite tv show? Check your social media accounts? I don’t necessarily have a set routine, but I for sure don’t just go right to bed either. If B is out of town I will read a few chapters of whatever book I am reading, but if he’s home I will just mess around on Instagram / Facebook. “They” save you aren’t supposed to use your device before bed like that, but I can’t tell a difference in my sleep when I use my iPhone before bed and when I don’t.
2. Do you coupon? Use any money saving apps? Share your best tips / advice please! I used to be big into clipping coupons, but now I would say I am only slightly into it. I clip coupons when I have a newspaper, and I will use my Cartwheel app at Target (and of course ebates online), but other than that, I’m not seriously into it. I wouldn’t mind learning about new apps and coupon & sale matching sites though, so share away!

I always watch some movie or program in my ipad before sleeping, it is the quiet moment of my day ?, and I can watch anything I want, and not just PG programs hehehe.
I like couponing but mostly for personal care and house cleaning, for food it is just if there is a coupon for what I want. I definitely use cartwheel and target coupons, for deals I usually follow totallytarget, krazycouponlady, coupon mom and sometimes a little of instagram (they have everything there hehehhe).
I always use my ipad before bed. I play the slots, it helps me wind down. I use coupons at CVS. I have their card so i get CVS coupons then I also use manufactures coupons then I get cash back coupons for my next trip. I go there to buy hair dye there but sometimes I get sucked into the deals.
I check/clean out my emails and check Instagram. My husband always watches Family Guy or something like that, so sometimes I’ll watch it for a few minutes and then go to sleep.
I try really hard to coupon, but I always forget… surprisingly it’s not something my mom did, so neither do I.
1) I play a few games on my iPad before bed. It helps me unwind. I also don’t notice any difference in being able to fall asleep. I usually sleep like a rock anyway.
2) I shop at Kroger, so I try to load digital coupons once a week. The only paper coupons I use are the ones that Kroger mails to me. I try to take them with me to the store, but sometimes forget.
