My Birchbox for CEW box shipped via USPS. I purchased both boxes on launch date (July 25th), and they arrived a week later.
Contents of the Birchbox for CEW boxes are released in advance, but it’s still always fun to check everything out in person.
The Birchbox for CEW Prestige Headliners box included the following items:
~Au Naturale Cosmetics Organic Creme Blusher – Grapefruit (2mL) ($7.11): This blush stick is 1005 natural, gluten-free, cruelty-free, vegan and made in the USA. It doesn’t contain gluten, parabens, fillers, animal by-products, synthetic preservatives or toxins. It’s a very pretty buildable shade that can be applied with your fingers.
~Moroccanoil® Treatment Original (10mL) ($6): Love this stuff! It conditions, styles, and finishes hair all in one step. It’s been a favorite of mine for a while, and I am thrilled to see it in here.
~Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Soothing Moisturizing Cream (5mL) ($5.75): This cream helps to protect sensitive skin from flare-ups with this redness-reducing moisturizer. This is like a dream come true for me. I get a lot of redness on my neck and face, and this already seems to be helping.
~Shiseido ULTIMUNE EYE Power Infusing Eye Concentrate (5mL) ($21.67): This “highly concentrated serum helps protect against environmental stressors that can lead to all visible signs of aging”. It takes about four weeks to kick in, and that’s when you will start to see healthier, firmer, and more resilient under eye skin, while wrinkles and dark circles will become less noticeable. It wasn’t irritating, and you only need to use a little bit.
~ORIGINS Original Skin™ Renewal Serum with Willowherb (15mL) ($19.50): This is designed to make your skin glow! It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly and also shrinks the look of pores. It has the consistency of a cross between a serum and a moisturizer and it’s almost the same color as the packaging.
~Supergoop!® Defense Refresh Setting Mist SPF 50 (15ml) ($6): I have used this setting mist in the past and have always been happy with it. It sets your makeup, controls oil and gives you UV protection. It’s amazing on days when you weren’t expecting to be outside and didn’t use an SPF moisturizer. You can spray this on and not ruin your makeup.
All total I came up with a value of $66.03 for the Birchbox for CEW Prestige Headliners box. The website promises a $65 value, and it delivered. I am thrilled with this box and love all these special boxes Birchbox does!
