Gentleman’s Box is the first subscription box that caters to the modern gentleman. Each month honors a noteworthy gentleman from the past or present. In each box you can expect to find four to five products hand-selected by the GB team.
Gentleman’s Box ships via USPS. For orders or subscriptions placed before the 25th of the month, your first box will be shipped the day you subscribe or purchase your gift. If you order after the 25th of the month your first box will ship the 10th of the following month.
The information booklet doesn’t come right out and say it, but this box is clearly inspired by Prince.
The August 2016 Gentleman’s Box included the following items:
~Filthy Etiquette Tie ($29): This tie is fantastic! it’s 100% cotton and is a pale, almost pink, lavender color. I know B will wear this and wear it well. Also, I love the striped hoodies from Filthy Etiquette!
~Four Fifty Five ($19): I mention it every month but B doesn’t wear pocket squares. I do love the pattern on this one though. It’s beautiful!
~Sunny Rebel Aspen Sunglasses ($49): OMG I love these. If B doesn’t want these (he’s not overly into mirrored sunglasses) I am all over them. They have a plastic woodgrain frame and a fantastic mirrored frame. Maybe the perfect pair of sunglasses to end summer with. I love them so much.
~Crusader For Men Eye Serum ($26.40): This serum is designed to tackle wrinkles, dark circles, puffiness and other under eye issues. It has a roller applicator which I think is fantastic. It helps make sure you don’t overdo it on product. At least in my opinion anyway. I couldn’t resist testing this and I thought it did a great job depuffing. It also felt great going on.
All totaled I came up with a value of $123.40 for the August 2016 Gentleman’s Box. I loved this month. with the exception of the pocket square everything in here is just perfect for us!

Do you know if this box has any variations or does everyone receive the same items? If I order now, I should receive the August box, right? I am in love with those sunglasses!!! The rest of the items will make great gifts, but I’m keeping those for myself for sure 🙂
I have never known them ever to do variations. If you subscribe by the end of the month you will get this box. This is from their FAQ:
All orders placed on the last day of the month by 11:59 PM Pacific Time will start you with the current month?s box. Any orders placed 12:00 AM Pacific Time or later on the 1st of the month will start you with the new month?s box.
