GLOSSYBOX is a monthly beauty subscription box and includes five luxury surprise beauty items shipped to your door.

GLOSSYBOX ships via USPS and generally boxes ship in the second half of the month. Sometimes it’s the last week of the month; sometimes it’s closer to the beginning of the month.

Opening it up is like opening a gift!

I peeked at some spoilers for this box, but there are usually variations so you don’t know exactly what you’ll get until you open it up.

The October 2016 GLOSSYBOX included the following items:

~Unani Il-luminate Milk Cleanser ($18): This cleanser purifies and protects the skin.  It removes makeup and other impurities and left my skin feeling super soft.  I don’t know that I have tried this brand before, but I am pleased with it.

~Emite Makeup Lip & Cheek Tint ($19): This tint is very similar to Benefit’s benetint.  So yes, I love it!  I used the applicator for my lips and blended it in with my fingers on my cheeks.  It gives you a natural, almost flushed look.

~Masque BAR by Look Beauty (Aloe Vera) ($3): I believe a variety of mask types will be sent out, but I received the “Aloe Vera” mask.  It was ultra hydrating, and my skin felt amazing after I used it.  How often does everyone use sheet masks?  I’ve been trying to use them once or twice a week and was just curious what the norm was.

~DECLEOR Aromessence Neroli Hydrating Serum (5mL) ($24.82): This oil serum is 100% natural, paraben-free and made without mineral oils.  I received this in my August beautyFIX box as well, and while I am not a huge fan of it on my face, I do like it on my neck and chest.

~OGX Strength+Body Bamboo Fiber-full Thickening Root Booster (Full-Size) ($5.97): Not a wow item, but it will come in handy.  I have a lot of hair, but it’s fairly thin, and this did seem to boost it up a bit.  It smells good as well.

~Limited Edition Holiday Box: The information card also announced the 2016 Limited Edition Holiday Box!  No price was listed, but we do know that it will include six full-size products.

All totaled the October 2016 GLOSSYBOX had a value of $70.79.  It wasn’t their best box (in my opinion), but it was a solid box, and I will use everything in it.  There will be some variations this month, so if you subscribe to GLOSSYBOX, let me know what you get!
