Lip Monthly ships via USPS and is supposed to ship within the first ten days of the month. I find that sometimes (like this month) it ships a bit later than that.
My bag didn’t have an information card this month, but my October 2016 Lip Monthly included the following items:
~The Bag: Cute! For a while Lip Monthly had been sending the same bags each month, but not anymore! Lately, they’ve been sending cute new (and seasonal) bags every month. This one is maroon with gold leaves.
~Be A Bombshell Lipstick (Baroness) ($6): This lipstick looks dark and scary in the tube, but that’s not the case at all. Baroness is a matte cranberry shade with a flat finish. I didn’t think the staying power was incredible, but for a $6 lipstick, I was happy.
~Hikari Lipstick (Romance) ($13): Romance is a peach, almost tan lip color. It has a tiny bit of shimmer in it, and I think with a top coat of gloss this looks incredible.
~LaRitzy Lip Liner (Jewel) ($18): I always think it’s fun to get a subscription box product in a different subscription box! LaRitzy offers an MVP of the Month Subscription and sends you one of their products for $6.99/month. Jewel is a highly pigmented deep plum shade. It’s cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free and made in the USA.
~Cargo Cosmetics Essential Lip Gloss (Rio) ($16): This gloss isn’t sticky and made my lips super shiny. I’m only so-so on the color (it’s almost a coral color), but I am hoping it grows on me.
