Something Snacks is very creative with their themes, and I love seeing what they do every month.

The October 2016 Something Snacks theme was “Orange” and included the following items:

~Cham Pui Mui (Chinese Plum Snack): Yeah, this is a no for me.  It’s a preserved plum with a kernel inside (don’t eat it whole) and since I don’t like plums I figured this would be a miss.

~Diana Picnic Vanilla Wafers from El Salvador: I love wafer cookies.  They aren’t exactly Weight Watchers friendly, but they are certainly delicious.

~Yupo Tutti Frutti Flavored Chewing Gum with Sugar from Turkey: I am one of the few people who just doesn’t like gum.  L (my 8-year-old) thought this was an amazing treat, though!

~Herr’s Jalapeno Poppers Flavored Cheese Curls: These were totally a B item.  He said they were tasty and had a true cheese flavor.

~Regent Melon Sponge Cake: I would love to see how they make sure these stay so fresh. On second thought, maybe I don’t want to know?  It was light and airy and had a nice mango flavor.

~Annie’s Organic Bunnies & Bats Fruit Snacks Berry Patch: I try to make my boys a special Halloween themed lunch each year and these will be perfect to put in there.  All Annie’s snacks are delicious, but we love fruit snacks the most.

~Stacy’s Pita Chips Cinnamon Sugar: Sometimes pita chips don’t have enough flavor, but that is not the case with these. Not at all.  They are amazing!

I love Stacy’s Cinnamon Sugar. I always think of them as a holiday treat so I get surprised to see them outside of the Christmas season.

It would be fun to see a picture of what you do for the boys lunch on Halloween! My son decided he was too old to trick or treat this year, but I got him a Halloween themed snack bag of gummies to enjoy after
    school that day.

Those jalepeno popper cheese curls are so yummy! I really enjoyed the flavor…will definitely get again.

I now regret canceling this box! I found the last few months to be dissapointg. I jalapeno cheese puffs were fantastic. I wanted to buy some on Amazon, but somehow refrained. The gum was very good. I was also scared by the plum. I didn’t care for the wafer cookies as much as those that are made here. I can’t wait to try the rest.
