BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet, and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.
BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month.
I swear BarkBox does the cutest themes! I love seeing what they pick out every month.
The November 2016 BarkBox theme is “Home for the Holidays” and included the following items:
~Plush Turkey Toy ($11): This toy is so soft! It’s *maybe* the softest dog toy I have ever come across. It’s also got the nicest sounding squeaker inside it. Not annoying at all. I love this!
~Sawmill Creek Smokehouse Pig Ear Chew ($3): Buddy (my Yorkie) has already been gnawing on this. He’s thrilled with it. It’s 100% sourced and made in the USA, and happily, it doesn’t stink too badly (or stain my rug).
~Lick The Chef Apron ($8): This is a rope toy + squeaker toy in one. It’s also not annoying and I super cute! The rope is a perfect size for Buddy too.
~Nature’s Bits Soft Oven Baked Treats (Turpumokin) ($6.95): These treats are also 100% made and sourced in the USA. They are soft – which Buddy likes – and let him get in on the Thanksgiving action since they are turkey & pumpkin flavored.
~Pipsqueak Pup All-Natural Chicken Jerky ($8): Buddy hasn’t gotten a chance to sample this jerky yet. He wants to, but we can’t go overboard with the treats! These are also made in the USA and are a blend of chicken, sweet potatoes, kale, and cranberries.
~Poop Bag Refill ($1): The roll contains 15 bags so you can do your duty after your pet does his ;).
All totaled the November 2016 November 2016 BarkBox had a value of $38.95. I loved the theme this month, all of the items included in the box and thought the value was fantastic.
