I love these boxes, but have had such a hard time with them this past month. I ordered the holiday box released in October, and have still not received it due to a shipping error on their part. The amount of time I’ve had to spend tracking down what happened and getting customer service to respond has seriously not been worth it. Last week they let me know they’d most likely be sending a replacement, but I haven’t heard anything since – no shipping info or anything. Just a caution if you are buying this in a time sensitive manner.
