- If you’re buying this as a gift, enter a custom gift note for the recipient during checkout. We’ll include the message for you in their shipment. Please make sure you sign the note, as they won’t know who sent it otherwise.
- Grab Bags ship before Dec. 16 via USPS Priority.
- This is not a subscription. It’s a one-time shipment.

- If you’re currently an Umba Box subscriber or have been a subscriber in the past, you could receive duplicate products. If you receive duplicates, you can use them to build up your gift closet, give them to your kids’ teachers, or bless your mail carrier. You can never have too many meaningful gifts on hand! If you will have an active Umba Box subscription during December, a couple of the products in the Holiday Grab Bag will likely be duplicates.
- The product images are for illustration purposes only and your actual products could vary, though you will receive the stated retail value of your grab bag.
- Some grab bags will be identical so we don’t recommend buying more than one for yourself. However, buying one for yourself plus many as gifts is a great idea. ?

- We will send an order confirmation email and a shipment tracking email to the address that you checked out with.
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping addresses that were entered incorrectly during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after you’ve ordered but before it has shipped, just email us at support@umba.com. If you contact us after your order has shipped to change your address, there’s not much we can do, though we will certainly try to help.
- All sales of Grab Bags are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Of course, if something arrives damaged, we will rectify the situation.
