I liked the ocean colored packing materials in here.

MerLady Box Review - November 2016

The November 2016 MerLady Box included the following items:

~Zen Threads Octopus Tote ($7.99): This fun tote was made in California with eco-friendly materials and inks.  It’s lightweight, but still sturdy enough to use for your trips to the fruit market or as your library book bag.

~Whiskey Mermaid Co. Pumpkin Spice Bath Bomb ($4): This bath bomb has notes of spicy pumpkin, cinnamon and a hint of walnut. It smells just like fall.  All Whiskey Mermaid Co. products are free from harsh chemicals, cruelty-free and they won’t stain.  Another thing I thought was fabulous was that they “Ship Safe”.  Basically they gurantee your purchase from them will arrive in absolute perfect condition or they will ship you a replacement for free.,

MerLady Box Review - November 2016

~Natural Annie’s Essentials Mermaid Kisses Lip Scrub ($9.50): This lip scrub helps to remove dead, dry skin and also leftover makeup.  It left my lips feeling silky smooth and the scent was a true blueberry.

~Earth Meets Water Mermaid Lagoon Soy Candle ($6): Mermaid Lagoon is a blend of Moon Flower & Awapuhi Seaberry.  It’s hand poured and made out of 100% soy.  I love basically all candles and getting them in subscription boxes is always a win for me.

MerLady Box Review - November 2016

~Nutshell I’m Actually A Mermaid Beanie ($19.57):  LOL!  I love this.  Mermaids (out of water) probably get extra cold in the winter so this makes complete sense.  It’s thick, but not scratchy and the color is beautiful.

MerLady Box Review - November 2016

All totaled I came up with a value of $47.06 for the November 2016 MerLady Box.  I was impressed with the variety of products in here and how well they all fit the theme.  They also did a great job with the value on this one.

I was very disappointed with the box. The products that they feature on their website and all over social media are not what’s in the box, it’s deceptive. The products that were included looked cheap and not unique, and certainly not what was advertised. Save your money.

  2. Hey Lisa,

I am so sorry to hear that you weren’t pleased with your box. I would love to discuss this with you and get your feedback. Will you please send me an email at mandy@merladybox.com?

    Thanks,

    Mandy

The MerLady Box never disappoints! Absolutely loved my first box, and just got my second! It has some fun things in there, and I’d say my there are some FAVS of mine in here I’d recommend. Everything is so great that I can use/wear everyday, and also feels good I’m supporting other natural, organic and small businesses. Always a pleasure, and I will always be A Merbabe!!

  4. Not a happy customer

    Beware of Malady Boxe!
It’s really not a serious company because off all happened at this point (1st problem of stock, problem of adress (i think it’s juste a false excuse and a youge joke ) 2nd and 3rd problems of stock, incredible delays…) but by the way, adds and newsletters are working well…
I made a 3 mounth purchase and 4 months later never receive anything !
At this point I don’t have a good opinion of my purshase and wonder if it’s not a simple scam

I have not received my products for 3 months yet they continue to charge my credit card . I have sent multiple emails cancelling my subscription because their website is “not available” anymore and I feel they are now scamming people. It used to be a great product.

Have you contacted your credit card? I hope they can get the charges to stop for you and get you a resolution/credit for the boxes you haven’t received!
