BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet, and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.

BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month.
BarkBox always does such a great job with their themes, and I love seeing what they do with their boxes.
The January 2017 BarkBox theme was “Pup in the Air” and included the following items:
~Look Who’s Happy Farm ‘n Fresh (~$3): Buddy loves these! They are small and chewy, which is exactly how Buddy likes his treats. They are all-natural chicken treats with peas, quinoa & kale.
~Wagatha’s Venison & Cranberries All-Natural Dog Biscuits (~$4): These biscuits are all-natural and made in the USA. As I mentioned Buddy (he’s a Yorkie) prefers softer treats, so he’s going to pass these along to his dog cousins to enjoy.
~Planet Dog Orbee-Tuff ($8.07): This toy is non-toxic, recyclable and made in the USA. It’s also “buoyant” so I think we’ll take it up-north this summer and use it for playing fetch in the lake – which is pretty much the only place Buddy will play fetch.
~P.E.T. Play Suitcase: OMG how cute is this little suitcase? It’s a BarkBox exclusive, super durable and machine washable. The best part though is that the squeaker is not the least bit annoying. It’s like a baby squeaker and just makes a tiny bit of noise.
~ettasays Premium Duck Chews: Buddy may not like crunchy treats, but he does like these chews! I cracked it in half so Buddy could enjoy some now and some later.
I couldn’t find prices for everything in this box, but Buddy and I were happy with it.
