Stitch Fix is a personal styling service for men and women. With Stitch Fix, you provide your style, size, and budget preferences, and they will send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. You only pay for the items you love and decide to keep. There is a $20 styling fee which is applied to your order should you decide to keep any / all of the pieces. If you don’t keep anything, you don’t receive a refund of the fee. If you keep all of the pieces, you get a 25% discount on everything! Also, I should mention that you are only charged once you “check out” at Stitch Fix. You have a few days to try everything on, and the box comes with a bag and a prepaid USPS return label so you can easily ship back the pieces you aren’t interested in.

Stitch Fix Men shipped via FedEx and took just a few days to arrive.
This is my husband’s 4th Fix and like our last one (in November), he’s not here to try the pieces on. His December Fix never shipped (they refunded me for that Styling Fee and gave me this Styling Fee free) so we were excited to get this.
Stitch Fix includes a little note each month which sort of explains their selections and touches on the previous Fix. They mentioned that they haven’t “hit our stride yet,” but we have kept at least one item from each Fix, so I am happy with that.
B’s January 2017 Stitch Fix included the following items:
~Fairline Refined Dress Shirt ($68): This shirt is not B’s style at all. It’s a classic blue and white striped shirt, but just not something I can ever see B wearing. Verdict: Returned.
~Threads 4 Thought Baseline Long Sleeve Henley ($48): This henley is super soft and the color is like nothing B has in his closet right now. It’s absolutely B’s style and is a total keeper. Verdict: Kept.
~Grayers Noam Nep Heathers Jersey Polo ($49.50): This is another super soft shirt. The color is perfect, and it’s a piece B will get a ton of use out of. I need to double check this closet (and have him check what he has with him) to make sure he doesn’t have anything too similiar, but I think this is a keeper! Verdict: Kept (I think).
~Fairline Refined Straight Fit Chino ($78): Ohhhh, I love these! They are B’s style, and he’s hoping to get pants to arrive in his Fashion boxes. The fit on these should be perfect, and they are exactly what he needs. Also, I am very pleased with the price point. Verdict: Kept.
~Hawker Rye Essential Wash Garment Dye Straight Fit Chino ($68): Meh. I am not a fan of these. I know they aren’t for me, but I showed B and he wasn’t over the moon about them either. I know they are supposed to have that washed look, but it might be too much for B to wear to work. Verdict: Returned.
B’s January 2017 Stitch Fix Men was a hit. He’s keeping 3 out of 5 items which I think is pretty good. He’ll be happy to get a little wardrobe refresh when he gets home.
