Birchbox offers 4-6 (sometimes more) hand-picked beauty and lifestyle samples, delivered to your door each month. I have been subscribing to Birchbox for over four years now and would say they are one of the most (maybe the most) well-known subscription boxes out there. They are certainly one of the longest lasting boxes.

This review is on the “regular” February 2017 Birchbox. You can also check out my review on the February 2017 Birchbox “Lip Love” Curated Box here.
My sample choice didn’t make it in my box this month (Birchbox e-mailed me about it in advance), which had me a little disappointed.
My February 2017 Birchbox included the following items:
~Cane + Austin 20% Miracle Pads® (2 Peels) ($2.60): These pads (they are really like small sheets) exfoliate, even skin tone, and reverse age spots and fine lines. This is my first time trying these and I *think* I have found a new love. They did not irritate my skin and left it feeling cleaner than ever. I do wish the box included a few more of these though so I can tell if I can “see” a difference.
~Davines SŪ Hair & Body Wash (75mL) ($6.75): This has been in Birchbox once or twice in the past. I like it as a shampoo and should probably think about packing it for traveling since I can use it as a body wash too.
~Juice Beauty® Stem Cellular™ Exfoliating Peel Spray (15mL) ($14.41): This spray lifts away dead cells to reveal smoother, softer skin. The picture (on the Juice Beauty website) makes it look like it’s gritty, but it’s a milky colored spray. I have been using it on my hands, and they feel softer than ever. I am going to wait a few days before using it on my face since I just used those pads.
~LAQA & Co. Avo Lip Butter (~$6): This is made with 12% avocado oil and is cruelty-, paraben-, and gluten-free. It’s a rich peachy nude shade, and while I am not a big fan, my sister-in-law (she’s a big lipstick fan) might be!
~Supergoop!® Daily Correct CC Cream SPF 35+ (3mL)($2.04): This CC cream is a primer and foundation in one and has an SPF35 built in. It gives me the perfect amount of coverage and doesn’t feel heavy on my face.
All totaled my February 2017 Birchbox had a value of $31.80. I’m still a little disappointed that my box didn’t include my sample choice, but I did like the items I received. I am super anxious for my March box to see what changes the upgraded subscription option bring.
