bluum Review + Coupon Code - February 2017
bluum is a monthly box of goodies for moms and babies.  Products are hand-selected based on your child’s age (from pregnancy to preschool), gender and developmental stage.  They now have an option that allows you to select the items you wish to receive in your boxes which I think is awesome. You don’t have to pick, but the option is there if you’d like to. The selections were pretty limited this month (they have been lately), so I allowed bluum to make the picks for me.

bluum ships via FedEx Smart Post and generally takes about a week to arrive.  I typically plan on receiving it during the second half of the month, but this month’s box arrived much earlier than normal.

As I mentioned I let bluum make my selections for me this month, so I had no idea what would be included in here.

My February 2017 bluum box (for an almost 5-year-old boy) included the following:

~brinware Tempered Glass Dish with Removable Silicone Sleeve ($11.99): This plate is made out of tempered glass with a silicone sleeve to help make sure it doesn’t slide around and also to help make sure it doesn’t break if (when) it falls on the floor.  The sleeve is removable, and both pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.  It’s a beautiful design and is something we’ll use, so I am happy!

~The Little Prince Block Puzzle ($14.99): Fun!!  These blocks are six puzzles in one. They confused W (my 5-year-old) a bit, but once he gets (and remembers) that the edges are all different colors, this will be less frustrating.

~The Tissuebox Designer Travel Tissue Container ($4.99): Not overly exciting, but if you don’t have tissues and need them, you’ll wish you had this.  And the little plastic packages don’t always hold up great in your giant mom bag, so this is helpful.

~That Yucky Love Thing ($7.99): We read this last night before bed and W did not understand why Sam was annoyed with all the hugs and kisses (W is a big snuggler), but L (my 8-year-old) did ;).  It was a sweet book, and the illustrations were fantastic.

All totaled my February 2017 bluum box had a value of $39.96.  This month’s box was much better (value wise) than our January box.  I’m happy with it, but I do wish they’d be more consistent.

What do you think of bluum?  If you are interested in ordering use coupon code “getbluum” to get $10 off your first month.
