Craftly Review + Coupon Code - January / February 2017

Craftly is always on the hunt for “the next cool thing” and strives to find unique and high-quality items to include in their monthly subscription box experience. Every month, you’ll receive a delivery of 4 full and deluxe size items in art, tech, snacks, grooming products, home goods and more! Beginning in 2017, Craftly switched from a monthly box to a bi-monthly box. In addition, the price increased from $25 to $29.95 per box.  You can now customize your box and select between 3 styles: Classic, Bold or Surprise, your gender, flavor profile and scent preference.   I received a Female box with “surprise” as my preferences.

I love seeing what Craftly selects for their boxes.

The January / February 2017 Craftly included the following items:

~The Rich + Clean New Standard Face Wash (2oz) ($5.75): This clarifying face wash has aloe and chamomile and scented with Japanese peppermint, tea tree, eucalyptus and bay leaf essential oils. It has a fantastic clean scent, and my husband and I can both use it.

~Morihata Binchotan Charcoal Face Scrub Towel ($10.50): This towel is machine washable and has Binchotan charcoal powder woven into every fiber. I love it! Totally unique and my face hasn’t felt this clean in a long time.

~Plus Ultra Toothbrush ($6.99): This toothbrush is made out of biodegradable bamboo.  The bristles felt a little stiff, but I will get used to it.

~Davids Premium Natural Toothpaste ($7.95): My husband loves this toothpaste.  It’s fluoride-free, sulfate-free and has a great peppermint taste.  The box also includes a “key” to make sure you get every last drop of toothpaste out of the tube.

~August Uncommon Tea Big Easy ($4): This tea is a blend of pineapple cake, caramel beignet, dried lemon peel.  I am going to stash this one away for summer and try it iced.  I really need to be in the mood to even just try tea (I’m not normally a fan), but this seems like one I can’t pass up.

All totaled the January / February 2017 Craftly had a value of $35.44.  That’s the cost of the box, but not as fantastic as some of their box values have been. I love the changes that they have made and am looking forward to seeing how it works out for them.
