As usual, Buddy (my Yorkie), was right next to me when I was opening this box up.
The February 2017 Pooch Perks theme was “50 Shades of Ruff, ” and our “Pampered Pooch” box included the following items:
~Spunky Pup Squeaky Gems ($7.99): Awww, cute! It’s a super sturdy heart squeaky toy. It’s also crazy bouncy, and it floats! If your dog likes to play in the water, this would be perfect.
~Multipet Loofa Dog Head ($3.99): This doesn’t have stuffing, but does have that super-fun crinkle material inside. I suspect that noise drives some people crazy, but I love it!
~ZippyPaws Valentine’s Brainey Bear in Love ($9.63): This stuffed toy has one squeaker inside and super cute heart cheeks! Perfect for a valentine’s gift for your pooch.
~Dog Wine Fetch Me Now (~$3): OMG who even knew such a thing existed? Not me! Well, wait, I knew there was dog beer, but I didn’t know there was dog wine. It’s non-alcoholic and is made from organic bacon extract and organic salmon oil. You can pour it over your dog’s dry food to enjoy.
~Down Dog Snacks Appleberry Zensations Flavor ($10): These are handmade in small batches with apple sauce & blueberries. They are also free from dairy, soy, corn, eggs and wheat.
~Sally Snacks Venison Jerky ($15): Buddy loved these! I think he could smell them through the package. They are made from 100% Dehydrated New Zealand Grass Fed VENISON Meat & Turmeric – that’s it. They weren’t messy either which I appreciated.
~Healthy Dogma Jamaican Bacon Flavor Barkers ($5.95): These treats are grain and gluten-free and are made with all-natural ingredients. Buddy likes softer treats, but he did try (and seem to enjoy) these. They wouldn’t be his first pick though.
All totaled I came up with a value of $55.67 for the February 2017 Pooch Perks. They promise a $60+ value, but I use online (not retail prices) which accounts for the difference.
