POPSUGAR Must Have Box ships via FedEx Smart Post and takes about a week to arrive. They seem to ship in batches (no idea if there is any rhyme or reason to the order they use) so some people get their boxes delivered before other people have gotten shipping notices.

I am not sure if you can tell by the pictures, but this month’s box isn’t POPSUGAR pink.  Instead, it’s more of a deep red color.  I don’t know if it’s a new thing or if they just switched it up for Valentine’s Day, but I liked it.

I LOVE opening up POPSUGAR. It’s always been my favorite box to open/unbox.

This month’s box was inspired by * flirty * love * sweets * positive impact * romance *.

The February 2017 POPSUGAR Must Have Box included the following items:

~TribeAlive Foldover Clutch – Atitlán Brocade ($98): This reversible clutch was the spoiler for this month’s box. It’s 11.5″ W x 11.5″ H, so it’s quite roomy and has a zippered top.  It was made with love out of 100% handwoven cotton.   I can’t see myself using this as a clutch (only because I don’t use clutches), but I think I will use it for traveling or to help organize items in a larger tote.

That’s an iPhone 6+ to help give you an idea of how large this is.

~Battington Lashes Monroe 3D Silk Lashes & Lash Glue ($26): Ahh, lashes.  I want to love getting false lashes in subscription boxes, but I just don’t have the confidence to apply them.  I always end up getting frustrated and giving up.  These do look gorgeous, though.  They are 100% silk, handmade and will last for up to 25 applications.  I have a friend IO will pass these on to who will be thrilled to get them.

~Kris Nations Jewelry Love Script Necklace ($48): I love this love necklace!  It’s super delicate (I showed it on my finger so you can get a good idea of just how tiny it is), but it makes a big statement.  The chain is adjustable – 16-18 inches – and it comes packaged in a ready to gift glass bottle.  I was hoping for something Valentine’s specific in this box, and while this doesn’t scream Valentine’s Day (which is probably good), I guess this is it?

~Chuao Chocolatier Cinnamon Cereal Smooch ($6): This bar is described as milk chocolate with sweet nibbles of crushed, all natural cinnamon toast cereal.  I’ve had the mini version, and it’s just as delicious as it sounds.  I am saving mine for Valentine’s Day ;).

~JUARA Candlenut Body Creme ($38): Candlenut is a light tropical scent.  It’s very rich, but not greasy either.  It’s also free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, gluten, artificial colorants and harsh chemicals.  I should mention that I made a mess getting mine open. It has a foil seal, and all my lotion was stuck to the top of it (lots of shifting in transit).  Just a note to be careful!

~Special Extra: Revlon Super Lustrous Love is on Lipstick ($8): The final item in the box was a special extra, meaning that the value doesn’t count towards the promised $100 box value.  The color is bold, yes, but the information card says it “looks good on everyone.”  It’s totally out of my comfort zone to wear a color this bold, but I’ll try.

All totaled the February 2017 POPSUGAR Must Have Box had a value of $224. That’s an amazing value and (of course) I feel like it’s worth it for the cost (I always do), but this personally wasn’t one of my favorite boxes from them.  I think maybe I was hoping for something a little more Galentine’s like?  A pampering item, a book, sweater socks, etc.  With the exception of the lashes, though, I will personally use every single item in this box.  I am even going to try that lipstick!

What do you think of the February 2017 POPSUGAR Must Have Box?  If you are interested in ordering (your subscription will begin with the MARCH box), you can use coupon code “MUSTHAVE5” to save $5 off your first box.
