Once again this month’s information card shows all possible variations for the box.  I love this and am so glad they are sticking with it.  My April 2017 GLOSSYBOX included the following:

~Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip (Teeny Tiny & Monday) ($12): These are super long-lasting matte liquid lipsticks. They are BOLD, and when they say they are long-wearing, they are not kidding.  It’s a battle to get them off, so be ready for a commitment.

~Gilchrist & Soames BeeKind Shower Gel (1oz) ($1.50) & Gilchrist & Soames BeeKind Body Lotion (1oz) ($1.50): I don’t dislike these, but they do remind me of hotel products.  It’s entirely possible it’s just the packaging.  They have a fantastic citrus scent and are free of parabens, phthalates, petrol-derived ingredients, mineral oil, urea, DEA, TEA, and propylene glycol.

~Vasanti BrightenUp! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator (20g) ($5.67): Love this stuff!  It’s a scrubbing exfoliating cleanser and does wonders for my skin.  It’s not harsh, so it can be used daily if you want.  Every few days works just the same as daily for me though.

~doucce Maxlash Volumizer Mascara ($22):  The first time I apply mascara from a fresh tube is always amazing.  But after trying this a few times, I didn’t like it quite as much.  At first, it gave me great length and didn’t clump, but after using it a few times, it seemed thicker.  Maybe I am storing mascara wrong?

~JAFRA Paris et Moi by Philippine Courtière (7mL) ($7.04): Ohh, I love this.  It’s a blend of “juicy Mara strawberry, romantic rose petal macaron, and elegantly enduring creamy, silky woods.”  It’s not too much of anything, just a great blend of those three main notes.

~Mystery Bonus ProductsBeauty Shampoo & Beauty Conditioner: GLOSSYBOX did something a little different this month and included a mystery shampoo and conditioner for subscribers to try.  It was described as a “well-known shampoo and conditioner duo that has recently been reformulated.”  It smells fruity to me, and I hear people think it’s Head & Shoulders?  I can’t tell the brand, but it seemed to work just fine.  Nothing amazing, but it got the job done.

All totaled I came up with a value of $49.71 for the April 2017 GLOSSYBOX.  That’s quite low for GLOSSYBOX, but I didn’t hate this box.  It had a ton of variety which is always great, and that perfume is a new favorite.
