The April 2017 Target Beauty Box theme was “Hello Peace of Mind” and included the following items:

~La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cleanser (0.5 oz) ($0.55): This cleanser is soap, sulfate, and fragrance-free.  It’s recommended for normal to oily skin, which is me!  It wasn’t drying and left my skin feeling soft.

~Sally Hansen Double-Duty Base & Top Coat (0.45 oz) ($3.99): This is quick drying and works as a top and a base coat.  I’ve purchased this in the past and have always been happy with it. I just need to remember to use it.

~HASK Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioner (1.57 oz) ($1.77):  This deep conditioner restores and smooths dry, damaged, chemically treated or over-processed hair.  You can apply it in the shower and leave it on for 10 minutes.  That’s doable for me – anything longer discourages me from using it.
Target Beauty Box Review - April 2017
~Dr. Teals Lavender Foaming Bath (3 oz) ($0.43): I feel like this is kind of a must-have for every bathroom.   It’s a soothing and encourages a better night’s sleep.

~eb5 Facial Cleansing Lotion (0.35 oz) ($0.44):  This is a cleanser with moisturizing properties.  It cleanses your skin with the dryness, tightness or irritation that normal soaps cause.  My skin felt very soft after using it.

~Rimmel Colour Precise White Eyeliner ($5.59):  Much to my surprise, I actually like white eyeliner.  I am not much of an eyeliner wearer in general, but I thought this white was great. I’d prefer it in pencil form, but I thought it brightened my eyes and didn’t look as bold as I was expecting.

~Banana Boat Dry-Balance SPF 30 (1 oz) ($1.33): This is already in my purse.  Without fail, I always end up out and about without sunscreen.  Not this summer though!
Target Beauty Box Review - April 2017

The April 2017 Target Beauty Box had a value of just over $14.  That’s double the cost of the box, so it’s a nice value, but not amazing.  I knew what was in the box before I ordered though and I was happy!

As of this post, the April 2017 Target Beauty Box was still available! If you are interested, snag one now before it sells out.  I will also post when Target releases details on the May 2017 Beauty Box.

Spread the love
