Looks like May 2017 BarkBox shipments are delayed just like ipsy ones! Full text below:
Dear Jennifer,
I am reaching out to inform you of a shipping delay that has impacted your latest BarkBox. Unfortunately, your May BarkBox will be delivered later than we promised due to unforeseen issues at one of our shipping partner’s facilities. Please know that we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you and pup.
Our team is working very hard to make this right and your order should deliver no later than Wednesday, 5/24th or sooner. If you have not already received your tracking, please click here to track the progress of your shipment.
In efforts to make this up to you and your pup, I have added a $5 BarkShop Credit to your account. If you did not already know, BarkShop curates the best goodies for your pup.
