Something Snacks always packs a ton of goodies in their boxes!
The July 2017 Something Snacks theme was “Blueberries” and included the following items:
~Brookside Acai & Blueberry and Pomegranate Flavor: L, my 9-year-old loves these! They have a soft fruit flavored center surrounded by dark chocolate. Each bag has 80 calories, and they are made with pure dark chocolate and sweetened real fruit juice pieces.
~Hippeas Vegan White Cheddar Organic Chickpea Puffs: These are good (they have popped up in subscription boxes a few times), but not like Cheeto good ;). They are vegan white cheddar, so they are cheese puffs, but without the cheese. They are USDA certified organic, certified gluten-free, vegan, kosher, allergen free, non-GMO and are also billed as a low calorie snack.
~belVita Blueberry: This is one snack we never would have bought without trying first. They were giving out samples at the grocery store one day and my kids (well, really just my oldest) loved them. They are very filling and quite flavorful!
~Knoppers Milk Hazelnut Wafer: These just popped up in Mommy Mailbox this month and I was hoping they’d appear in another subscription box! They are amazing. It’s a milk and hazelnut cream filled wafer. I don’t even know what else to say other than that you need to try these.
~180 Snacks Nutty Rice Bites: The bites are similar in texture to a (soft) granola bar, but with a rice base. They are gluten-free, made in the USA and something that you can feel good snacking on!
~Mico Sesame Roll: The final item in the box was a sesame roll. Not a snack I would grab for on a regular basis, but it’d be a good twist in a bread basket ;).
This month’s Something Snacks wasn’t my favorite. They usually do such a great job with their themes, and this one seemed to miss the mark a tad.
