Beauty Box 5 ships via USPS First Class and I typically receive my box between the 10th and 15th of the month. For whatever reason (communication wasn’t the best), the July box arrived very late (over a month late). This is not normal for them and, hopefully, it doesn’t continue.
I have subscribed to Beauty Box 5 for years, and while they have had their ups and downs, I have stuck with them.
The July 2017 “Let’s Get Lost” Beauty Box 5 (the theme was actually perfect for how late this box was) included the following items:
~Luseta Beauty Argan Oil Hair Masque (60mL) ($7): The Argan Oil Masque only needs to be left on for 5 minutes, and you are left with restored locks. 5 minutes for a hair mask is totally doable for me. This left my hair feeling moisturized and softer!
~Styli-Style Line & Seal Eyeliner (Plum) ($6.49): Plum is a soft smokey purple shade. It’s very pretty, but I like the idea of it as a shadow much more than as an eyeliner.
~Manna Kadar Cosmetics GLO Illuminator (8mL) ($11.60): So pretty! It’s easy to use (I just applied it with my fingers) and just made my skin glow.
~Seraphine Botanicals Quince + Crimson Crayon ($24): This is a lip and cheek crayon in one. It’s a semi-matte shade with amazing pigmentation. Seraphine products are vegan and are formulated without Mineral Oil, Parabens and Phthalates.
~Nanacoco Rio II Nailpolish Collection (Copacabana Coral) ($3.95): This nail polish is gorgeous! Shades will vary, but I am thrilled with the bright coral I received.
~Bonus: BB5 Cut That Crease Brush ($10): Because of the delay, BB5 included not one, but two bonus items! The first was a shadow brush. We also received this in the November 2016 BB5, but fresh brushes are always a good thing.
~Bonus: Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow (.03oz) ($5.63): The second bonus was a fun shimmery shadow. You can dust a little on for a bit for a shimmery look or a lot for a bright white shimmery lid!
All totaled the July 2017 “Let’s Get Lost” Beauty Box 5 had a value of $68.67. I wasn’t thrilled the box was so late, but the bonus items certainly did make up for it!
Do you subscribe to Beauty Box 5? What’d you get in your box this month (I am not sure if there were any variations this month or not)?
