Target Beauty Box Review - August 2017
My August 2017 Target Box has arrived! This Target Beauty Box was $7 (they vary in price from $5-$10) and was available through Target’s website for a limited time. Boxes are generally released on Monday’s of the first week of the month, but that does vary due to holidays. Target Beauty Box boxes are NOT subscription boxes and must be purchased individually as they are released.

From Target
Summer had us all carefree and sun-kissed, but at some point we’ve all got to get back on track. Inside this box, you’ll find a few faves that’ll make the most out of your daily regimen. Try ’em out, and if you love them as much as we do, find the full-size version at Target.com/BeautyBox.

The August 2017 Target Beauty Box shipped via USPS and took just under a week to arrive to me.

My box was missing the information card and coupon ($3 off $10) this month ;(. I am going to message Target on their website chat to let them know, but I’m not overly upset about it (I sometimes forget to even use my coupons).

The August 2017 Target Beauty Box theme was “Hello…..Routine” and included the following items:

~SpaLife Nourishing Facial Mask ($2.49): I mentioned it the other day, but my skin has been a complete mess lately. Meaning I haven’t tried this mask out yet.  According to the instructions, it’s loaded with natural fruit extract, nourishes skin and brightens your complexion.  It’s also paraben and sulfate-free.

~Herbal Essences Argan Oil Shampoo (1.4oz) ($0.62): This shampoo is designed to be color-safe and works to repair your hair in just 21 days.  It smells amazing, but I am disappointed they didn’t include the conditioner in here too. I love getting both the shampoo and conditioner samples at the same time.

~up & up Facial Wipes (25ct) ($3.89): Thanks to swatching tons of subscription box makeup items, I go through a ton of wipes.  These are fragrance-free and gentle, but still, do a great job and taking off the makeup.

~Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips (1 ct) ($~$0.50): Ohh, I love these!  Now, these are just what I need right now.  My nose is looking better already.

~Garnier Clearly Brighter Daily Scrub (1oz) ($1.27): This scrub helps to refine pores, even skin tone and wash away dirt, oil & makeup in one step.  It’s non-drying and made my skin feel nice and clean.

~Dove Invisible Dry Spray Antiperspirant Deodorant Sheer Fresh ($5.49):  This deodorant is what pushed me over the edge to buy this box.  It’s fantastic.  I was having some issues with underarm irritation for a while, but that’s all in the past (I think it was due to over-shaving). It helps me stay dry and keeps me smelling good.

All totaled the August 2017 Target Beauty Box had a value of $11.77.  Not the best value box, the deodorant, and wipes made it worth it!  Everything else was just a bonus.

As of this post, the August 2017 Target Beauty Box is still available!  If you want one, snag it now before they sell out!
