1)  How often do you take family pictures?   I’m (finally) going to schedule some family pictures this year and am curious how often other people get them taken? Once a year? Once every two years? Also, any tips on what to wear??

2) What is your favorite time of day to workout?  I am still figuring this one out. I usually feel the strongest when I workout about an hour after I get up, but that’s not always feasible. Early morning is a huge nope. I went to one 5:30am cycle class and felt like I was half asleep the first half of the class (I probably was). I’m okay with working out at night (I don’t have trouble sleeping), but I do have to make sure to drink lots of water during the day or I will end up with a giant headache. What about you? What time do you feel strongest?
