I knew full spoilers before I opened this, but it’s always more fun to see everything in person and fun to see which variations I received.
The fabfitfun insert is more of a mini-magazine than an information card. It has articles, interviews, etc. The Spring 2018 fabfitfun box included the following items:
~Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion ($40): This lotion helps blemish-prone skin (me) stay smooth and healthy while also providing hydration. I have been using it since I received the box and I love it. It’s not greasy and not only has it not made me breakout, but it’s also helped clear up my skin.
~Dermelect Makeover Concealing Ridge Filler ($18): Don’t laugh, but when I saw this spoiler I thought it was for facial lines. Not quite! It’s for nails! This natural pinkish hue cleverly conceals nail imperfections while protein peptides and moisturizing agents work to improve the appearance of unsightly nail ridges, yellow stains, and discoloration. Running hasn’t been kind to my toenails (TMI), and I am hoping that this can get them back in shape for flip-flop season.
~Physique 57 Massage Roller (Color selected at random) ($20): I am not always a fan of getting fitness equipment in subscription boxes, but this is an exception. It does wonders for sore muscles by breaking out scar tissue, improving flexibility and keeping tender muscles at bay. I have been meaning to get something like this, so when I saw this spoiler, I was thrilled!
~Sponsored Item: Dove Gentle Exfoliating Body Polish – Sample ($0.25): Sponsored items are a bonus – they don’t take away anything from the promised value of this box. It felt my body feeling extremely soft!
~Free People Understated Leather Eyemask (one of three pastel shades) ($40): This mask is made from vegan leather and features a removable, non-toxic cooling insert. The strap is adjustable, so you don’t have to worry about it being too fight or uncomfortable. It’s heavier than other travel masks I have received/used, but I think that’s a good thing. It’s SO comfortable!
~Ettika Daydreamer Tassel Earrings ($58) OR Maya Brenner Designs Love Bracelet ($65): VIP subscribers were able to select between Tassel Earrings or a Love Bracelet. I opted for the delicate gold LOVE bracelet. It has a 6-7″ adjustable length and is a perfect everyday piece.
~KNC Beauty All-Natural Collagen Infused Lip Mask 5-Pack ($24.99) OR KORRES Guava Body Cream ($24): For the Beauty Choice subscribers could opt between the KNC BeautyLip Mask 5-Pack or the KORRES Body Cream. The body cream is enriched with shea butter and quince extract to soften, moisturize and nourish. It’s not greasy and very mild scent. It does take a bit to rub in though, so don’t overdo it!
~Anderson Lilley Sunset Collection Candle ($45): VIP subscribers were able to select their scent preference from Super Bloom, Manhattan Beach or Fresh Linen. It looks like I opted for the Super Bloom, which surprises me. LOL! Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad scent, but Manhatten Beach is more “me.” The candle was hand-poured with a coconut wax blend into a copper-colored vessel. It’s gorgeous, but I probably wouldn’t pay $45 for this on my own.
~Rachel Pally Reversible Clutch ($60): VIP subscribers were able to select their Clutch pattern of choice – between Bloom, Zahara or Paradise. I opted for Paradise. It seemed like the most tropical of the three, and I love the mint color. I will probably use it on the mint side with just a hint of the”Paradise” showing. It’s made from vegan leather, has a canvas lining and has an interior pocket.
~ISH Beauty Lip Statement Palette ($42): This palette contains 11 intensely pigmented shades and one tinted lip topper. They are enriched with rose extracts, shea butter, jojoba oil, and aloe vera for extra moisture and easy wear. I prefer the ease of gloss, but this has me excited. There are a ton of fantastic colors and should be a ton of fun to play around with all the shades.
All totaled my Spring 2018 fabfitfun box had a value of $354. It may not be my all-time favorite FFF box, but I will use everything in it, and that’s a win!
