~Good morning! This week should be much calmer than last week! I think a PTO meeting is the only thing really on my “To Do” list. I have a hair appointment, but I don’t count that as a To Do list item.

~I am starting my 5 weeks of unlimited Pure Barre classes today and am hoping for amazing results, but also hoping I don’t end up loving it too much because it is expensive. I was VERY sore after my class Friday and suspect it’ll be like that for a week or so. I’m still going to spin, but I will probably only run once a week now. It’s just so rough on the body.

~I wasn’t going to create a bracket challenge this year, but why not? Not sure yet if there will be prizes because I have the worst time trying to get a hold of winners. Not even kidding – it’s SO HARD with espn user names. I tried a few times to have people fill out their espn name and real name / e-mail in Rafflecopter so I could select random winners and find 1st / 2nd / 3rd place winners, but I think only 1/2 the people who joined filled out that info. So no gaurantee of prizes (although if MSU gets to the Final Four I will be in a really good mood and will probably do something), but if you want to join for fun, here is the link.

~Did you hear that WalMart has launched Blue Apron / Plated type meal kits in store?  My WalMart doesn’t have them yet, but hopefully soon!

That’s it from here.  Have a great week!

Spread the love

This week is spring break down here so this will be a fun relaxing week, the kids do not want to do a lot because they told they are ?tired? so we will do fun things around here.
I do not want to pause my 9am exercise class this week so I am moving it to 6AM, my husband told I am crazy and maybe he is right, this morning was rough ? but with the kids here it is easier.
I started my pre spring cleaning and I was wondering when is a good time to start putting eastern decoration? Is it to soon? ?

I don’t think it’s too early for Easter! What classes do you do again? I tried early morning workouts a few times and just can’t get myself pepped up enough for it. That’s awesome you are doing it!!!!

In the mornings I do CUT, it is a class more oriented to exercise to create lean muscle, and in the afternoons while my kid is in swim team training (1.5 hrs daily) I do one of the cardio classes, Monday strike, Tuesday cycling AMP, Wednesday Cycling EDG, Thursday Upper body Rx and Friday cycling AMP and crazy me like doing Strike and Upper body on Saturdays mornings ?
If you ask me, right now my favorites are strike and cycling AMP
We are members of Lifetime fitness and there is a lot of options so I can try different things when I need a change ?

Yay on the bracket! I don’t go on your blog as regularly anymore (I do follow you on instagram though!) but you are the first bracket challenge I have ever joined many years ago and now I look forward to it every year. I think I won $5 Target one year in a random drawing from your challenge and I was one of the hard to find ones but I was so excited to win!

Yay!! I do my best to track people down – probably to the point of being annoying, but I hate when people miss out too! who is your pick to win it all???

Your’s is the only bracket challenge I join… for some reason it’s not as intimidating as the one with my firends/family. They get a little too into it!
