The February 2018 Play! by Sephora theme is “Feel the Love” and included the following items:

~Laura Mercier – Caviar Stick Eye Color (Rose Gold) (.03oz) ($17.68): This is such a pretty rosy gold shimmer shadow.  It’s creamy, easy to apply and has great staying power!

~Sephora Rouge Matte Lipstick (Rebel Chic) (1g) ($2.47): Rebel Chic is a gorgeous merlot shade.  I have been all about the dark lip lately, and this is color perfection.  It wasn’t as creamy as I had hoped and didn’t glide on smoothly, but it was still quite moisturizing.

~NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil (Lets Go Crazy) (1.8g) ($4.42): My picture makes this look red, but it’s actually a “vivid pink.”  It’s a little (okay a lot) too bright for me, but the pigmentation is outstanding!

~Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm with echinecea greenenvy (12mL) ($4.53): This gentle cleanser melts away makeup and impurities caused by pollution, leaving the skin hydrated and silky smooth.  I found that it worked well, but getting used to scooping out my cleanser is going to take a minute.

~Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb (5mL) ($9.60): This is a lightweight, refreshing eye cream that smooths fine lines.  It helps prep the undereye area for a smooth makeup application.  It’s not a heavy cream, but it gets the job done like one.

~Chloe Eau de Parfum (~$1): Chloe Eau de Parfum is a floral scent with notes of Peony, Rose, Honey, Cedarwood.  It’s a light floral and would make an ideal pick for Spring!

~Swatches:

All totaled my February 2018 Play! by Sephora had a value of $41. That’s over 4x the cost of the box, and I am thrilled.  This was a great month!
