The March 2018 SnoozeBox didn’t have an information box, but the box included the following items:

~Melanies Apothecary Lavender Linen Spray ($3.50): I have no idea what happened to my individual picture of this item!  It has only three ingredients and can be used witch hazel, distilled water, and lavender essential oil.  You can use it as a room spray, a pillow spray or even as a facial toner.  I love it as a pillow spray to relax before bed.

~Tree Mama Herbals Organic Sweet Dreams Oil ($12):  This is a “valerian-free” sleep glycerine.  Some people have an adverse reaction to valerian root and instead of making them sleep it makes them hyper. Instead, this includes Vegetable Glycerine, Hops, Skullcap, Chamomile, and Passionflower. Hops have been traditionally used to help people sleep longer and have more vivid dreams while  Skullcap has been used for insomnia and restlessness.  The website isn’t 100% clear, but you add this to hot water to make a tea to drink before bedtime.

~SandyLand Studio Bath Salts – Chamomile ($3.25): These bath salts are handmade and made fresh to order.  Chamomile is an extremely calming and relaxing scent, which makes it a perfect choice for this box.

~Enchanted Slumber Sleep Balm – The Wood Sprite ($5): Enchanted Sleep Balm has calming scents of cedar wood and lavender to make you feel as though you are falling asleep in an enchanted forest.  A little of this balm goes a long way as you just use it on your pulse points before bed.

All totaled the March 2018 SnoozeBox had a value of $23.75.  That’s lower than the cost of the box, but my values also do not include shipping.  Many of the products included in this box are from small businesses and would not be able to be sourced locally for me, so shipping would be a factor.  I would like to see an information card in here so subscribers don’t have to search out details online.
