Under Armour Men's ArmourBox Review - June 2018
ArmourBox is a subscription styling service from Under Armour.  Each box will include 4-6 pieces of handpicked UA gear that fit your needs, your style, your goals, and will be sent right to your doorstep.  There is no fee to try the service, and you pay for only what you keep.  If you keep everything, you’ll save 20%!  I have received a few ArmourBox deliveries and my husband decided he wanted to give it a try this month. Note: Boxes are available for Men and Women.

The box includes details instructions on how to checkout / return your items.  You have seven days from when you receive your box to make your decisions and ship the items back.  ArmourBox includes a prepaid return label, which you can return via USPS or FedEx.

My husband’s June 2018 ArmourBox included the following items:

~Men’s UA Jungle Rat Boots ($134.99): This isn’t a standard ArmourBox item (I doubt anyone would get these unless they requested them like we did), but B is in the Army and needed some new boots!  They have a quick-dry design to keep you feet dry and anti-order technology to prevent the growth of odor-causing microbes.  The best part about these boots is that they weigh HALF of what B’s other Army boots weigh.  No joke.  If you’re carrying around 45-60lbs of gear, the less your boots weigh, the better.  He loved these and I think is pretty upset he didn’t try them sooner! Verdict: Kept.

~Men’s UA MK-1 Short Sleeve (Academy) ($30): Another winner!  This shirt is 90% Polyester/10% Elastane, so it wicks sweat & dries really fast.  It’s comfortable, soft and lightweight as well.  I’m not sure how well you can see it from the pictures, but it has mesh back & underarm panels to deliver strategic ventilation (aka keep you cool). I also thought the price point on this one was more than reasonable. Verdict: Kept.

~Men’s UA MK-1 Patterned Shorts ($35, On Sale for $26.25): You guessed it, another winner!  These short are lightweight and breathable with sweat wicking material.  The fit was perfect and I suspect B will be purchasing these shorts in more colors shortly. Verdict: Kept.

~Men’s UA SpeedForm® Gemini Vent Running Shoes ($120): These were another item we requested.  B can wear his choice of shoes for Army PT, but he generally likes to stick with a plain shoe.  These are perfect. They are breathable and have “Charged Cushioning” which uses compression molded foam for even greater responsiveness & durability, providing optimal cushioning & energy return.  He found them incredibly comfortable and price point was in line with shoes of this nature. Verdict: Kept.

If B keeps all of the pieces in his June 2018 ArmourBox, the cost would be $263.93 (that’s after the discount and including tax). Considering the box includes a pair of Army boots, a pair of running shoes and a complete workout outfit, that’s fantastic!  B will for sure be getting another box!
