The May 2018 BOXYCHARM theme is “BOXY BASH” and included the following items:
~Pur Cosmetics Sculptor Highlight & Contour Palette ($30): The Pur Sculptor Palette includes 2 light-catching highlighters and 2 richly pigmented bronzer powders. They are billed as universally flattering and are easily blendable. Note: The P12 Face Brush also included in this month’s box can be used with this palette.
~Aesthetica Cosmetics Pro Brush Series: 3-Piece Eyeliner, Brow & Spoolie Brush Set ($45): This set includes: (1) Angled Eyeliner and Eyebrow Brush, One Fine Tipped Eyeliner Brush (1), and one (1) full-length Spoolie brush. The do-it-all set is great for traveling and can be used for just about everything – from creating fuller more defined brows to flawless wings.
~CoverFX Blurring Primer ($38): Love this! It can be worn under makeup, but I have been using it alone. It blurs the appearance of pores, fine lines, and other imperfections for ultra-smooth airbrushed skin. It’s like an Instagram filter for real-life. I found it to be lightweight and it didn’t irritate my skin.
~Pretty Vulgar The Ink Gel Eyeliner ($24): I love this packaging! Unfortunately, fine tipped I don’t wear eyeliner, much less liquid eyeliner. I will be passing this – along with the fine-tipped eyeliner brush that was included in here – to a friend.
~Beauty Creations Matte Lip Gloss (Sweet Heart) ($10): I thought the coverage and staying power on this was fantastic, but I am going to need a layer of shiny gloss on top. For whatever reason I just don’t feel like I can pull off a matte lip. It feels so bold to me!
~Aesthetica Cosmetics Brush P12 Brush ($27): The final item in the box is a P12 Face Brush from Aesthetica Cosmetics. It can be used for contouring – with the Pur Sculptor Palette also included in this box.
The May 2018 BOXYCHARM had a value of $174. That’s not a typo. This $21 box had a value of $174. Even if you don’t love everything and end up passing a few things on to friends, this box is more than worth it. How do they do it month after month?
