Stitch Fix Review – June 2018 #2

Disclosure: If you make a purchase through the links posted below, I may receive a small compensation. Read the full disclosure.

June 2018 Stitch Fix
Stitch Fix is a personal styling service for women. With Stitch Fix, you provide your style, size (they also do maternity fixes), and budget preferences, and they will send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. You only pay for the items you love and decide to keep. There is a $20 styling fee which is applied to your order should you decide to keep any / all of the pieces.  If you don’t keep anything, you don’t receive a refund of the fee. If you keep all of the pieces, you get a 25% discount on everything!  Stitch Fix is now offering exchanges for sizing as well. Also, I should mention that you are only charged once you “check out” at Stitch Fix.  You have a few days to try everything on, and the box comes with a bag and a prepaid USPS return label so you can easily ship back the pieces you aren’t interested in.

Stitch Fix

My Stitch Fix shipped via FedEx and took just a few days to arrive this month.

If you can’t wait to see what’s in your FIX, you can go into your account after your box ships to check what you are getting that month. I always do!

I don’t do the best job of filling out my checkout form and reviewing the pieces I get, but I do have my Stitch Fix blog reviews linked in my profile which I think helps a lot. I also started a Pinterest board which has helped.

My June 2018 Stitch Fix (Fix #59) included the following items:

~Heartloom Emberwood Lace Trim Blouse ($68): Oh how badly I wanted this to fit. I love everything.single.thing about this top.  The color, the lace detail, the fabric (not to sheer, not too slinky), just everything.  Sadly, it’s too big and they don’t have a smaller size available to swap it for.  I am going to request that my stylist keep an eye out for this in a smaller size for me!  Verdict: Returned (Sadly).

~Onzie Clive Mesh Detail Performance Legging ($69): I love these!  They are a fun twist on my regular all-black leggings (I moved away from the wild colorful leggings I used to wear) and I love the mesh detail on the lower legs.  I don’t “need” any more leggings though, so these are headed back. Verdict: Returned.

~Verse Anzen Dress ($54):I thought the price point on this one was great and I love the flamingos, but the fit was a miss.  I don’t know if it’s too big or the style (it has a tie waist) just doesn’t work for me, but I didn’t like it on.  It was bunchy in the back and I didn’t find it flattering.  Verdict: Returned.

~Just USA Delina Distressed Ankle Zipper Skiny Jean ($58):  My stylist has been helping me find the perfect pair of white jeans (which I completly appreciate), but I forgot to tell her I found a pair (Express).  These are fantastic though.  I love the ankle length and the knee distressing is just enough to break up the leg.  I for sure don’t need two pairs of white jeans though, so these are headed back.  Verdict: Returned.

~Kaileigh Sameria Cross Front Knit Top ($34): Another miss.  The material was a tad thick and this was just too big on me.  I think I need to go in and revamp my sizing.  I did like the criss-cross detail and the color!

I may not be keeping anything from this  Stitch Fix, but  I loved it. It was this close to being perfect.  I have high hopes that next month is going to be a 5 out of 5 Fix!
