Disclosure: If you make a purchase through the links posted below, I may receive a small compensation. Read the full disclosure.

July 2018 BarkBox
BarkBox is a monthly subscription box for dogs. Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and hygiene products that have been hand-selected and approved by Scout (the dog), head product tester for BarkBox. All treats included in the boxes are sourced from the USA and Canada, and chews are sourced from the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and New Zealand, so you can be assured that your pet is only getting safe, high-quality items. Boxes can be customized based on the size of your pet, and you can add an extra toy to your box for an extra $9/month. We have been getting BarkBox for ages and have always been satisfied with them.

BarkBox
Cost: $29/month
Ships To: The United States and Canada.  Shipping is an additional $5 to those outside the continental US and in Canada.
Coupon Code: Use code “RAMBLING” save $10 off your first BarkShop order.

BarkBox ships via DHL Global Mail (starts out with DHL and is delivered by the Post Office) and took just a few days to arrive this month. I generally expect it to arrive on or around the 20th of the month.

BarkBox does such an amazing job with their themes each month.  Everything fits together perfectly from the information card to the products to the interior packaging paper.

The July 2018 (Small Dog) BarkBox  included the following items:

~The Shellacker ($12): The Shellacker features soft n’ stretchy t-shirt rope, shreddable fluff, ballistic nylon rockets, and a spiky ball core.  Some of the reviews on the BarkBox site complain about the durability, but I found the opposite to be the case.  It is going to take my dogs a long time to destroy this guy!

~Smell Raiser ($12): Smell Raiser is filled with crinkle and has a fun squeaker inside. What my dogs haven’t figured out yet is that it also has little stink bombs inside. Hopefully, they figure that out soon!

~Chomp! Pork Dog Treats: These treats are made in the USA with real pork.  My dogs (I have three) loved these.  The jerky like treats are a perfect size (slightly larger than a quarter) and are soft and chewy.

~Mighty Mutt’s Amaze-O Quacks: Another yummy treat!  These were made in Canada and are perfectly bite-sized for my little guys.

~Caledon Farms Plaque Busters ($2.50): These are a combination of sweet potato mixed with ground oyster.  They are designed to help clean your dog’s teeth while giving them the vitamins and delicious sweet flavor of sweet potato! They were a huge hit.  My dogs typically avoid the teeth cleaning bones/treats, but not these!  They were gone before I knew it!

I couldn’t do a cost breakdown on the July 2018 BarkBox, but it was well worth it as usual!  We couldn’t be happier with BarkBox , and they haven’t let us down in the almost sizx (wow) years we have subscribed.

Do you subscribe to BarkBox?  What’d you think of this month’s box?  If you want to subscribe or learn more, click here. A monthly subscription is $29/month, but if you opt for a longer subscription, the price drops as low as $21/month (that’s what I get)!
